Ultrasound Therapy My Log

Received my ultrasound machine today, it's an ultrason 101-D. Did my first session today at 1w/cm^2 power for 2 minutes on each side of the penis. Applied aloe vera gel to the transducer and moved slowly up the side of my shaft while stretching in a straight out direction. Definitely felt some heat goin on in there. I think I could have taken more but I wanted to be careful.

The posts I've seen have stated that the inner structures stay heated for 10-15 minutes so I did some mandingo stretches and basic stretchingwith my hands. Going to use the lengthmaster with it tomorrow, expecting great results, I might up the wattage a little bit.

That’s a welcome thing so I guess you’re already seeing results. Just keep track of everything that way you know exactly what’s happening and what’s not. Thanks for doing this and I look forward to your thorough review.
 
Decided fuck it and used 1.4w/cm^2 today for 3 and a half minutes on each side. Did so after my bundle stretches. When using the ultrasound I can feel my ligs tingling at the base, which is where I generally use it. Also my septum used to be very stiff now it seems to not be at all. It's crazy because I can feel the heat radiating out from the inside of my penis to the outside like 5 minutes after I stop the ultrasound.
 
The ultrasound seems to target my ligs more than my tunica... I wonder if using it in a bundled state would provide more tissue for the heat to travel through and heat the tunica on the opposite side. Also I'm wondering when i should exactly use it in my workout, the beginning, middle, or end? The thread I read the guy used it at the beginning but I wonder if this is the most effective way to use this technique. I'm leaning towards middle after my bundles. Anyone have thoughts on when heat should be applied during a workout?

I think the entire work out should be done with heat heat. And doing bundled stretching during the process may be just what the doctor ordered. You’ll have to do it for a time keep track and see what happens. I appreciate your experimentation and your results.

I've experienced nothing but positive results so far. Strong erections and a really stretchy penis. I see no negative indicators so this will be a staple in my routine from now on. Just need to dial in in the correct settings, I think I can handle more heat but I dont know if its necessary.

I really like doing the lengthmaster rolls and mandingo stretches with this. Going to try twisted rolls soon

1.4w/cm^2 and 3:30 minutes on the right side then cooled for 2 minutes stretching straight out, then repeat on the other side. Did rolls for 1:30 then mandingos and upward stretches to hit the tunica. I really like this ultrasound I can feel it working and see it working. I'm going to measure bpfsl in 2 weeks. I was at 8 bpfsl previously that's when I'll know guys.
 
Yeah I get that they get expensive, do you feel it gets hot enough with the one you have? Also do you use gel? I've been pretty interested in getting one.
Yeh I've read that 1mhz is just as good as 3mhz, with 3mhz only being slightly better than 1mhz for tunica work. It defiently can get hot enough, I have mine at 1.4w/cm^2 power right now and it can go all the way up to 3w/cm^2. It's just a matter of me needing to figure out the right power setting, I think I'll try around 1.6w/cm^2 for 7 minutes in total tomorrow. The guy I bought it off ebay sent me gel but I'm pretty sure you can use aloe vera gel with it. I'm liking the results with it so far, feels better than an ir lamp that's for sure.

It was a type of soreness I've never felt before, It really ached when I was wearing my ads yesterday, I suspect I pinched a nerve somehow with my ads or maybe I was just ungodly sore in my left lig.The soreness traveled up my shaft like 2 inches along the lig in the middle of the left side of my penis. I feel next to nothing now but just wanted to be safe and not sorry. Will resume ultrasound tomorrow!

I bet it’s just good old fashion fatigue and soreness. But to be on the safe side take a day off.

Went up to 1.5w/cm^2 today using the same time and protocol. That soreness i had is gone now and I've resumed training today. I took 2 rest days, I couldn't get around to my workout yesterday. Planning on doing no days off now. I have had a very nice hang lately and my package feels very very stretchy.

So achieving a temperature of 37-40 degrees celcius is the most optimal, wonder how much heating and time it takes to get there for the internal structures
 
5 to 10 min, a guy on another forum inserted a thermometer in his urethra as he applied ultrasound on the dorsal side of his penis. He tried IR, and both 1 and 3 mhz with different settings. It was a very interesting experiment. 3 mhz did get hotter and faster but only by a little. 40 Celsius would be perfect for collagen deformation and only the ultrasound units were able to achieve this, though I'm sure the IR was burning the skin the US sounds tolerable for heating deeper tissues. The increase in erections you've experienced is something I hope to gain when I get my machine. I suspect the ultrasound waves have a similar effect as low-intensity extracorporeal shock wave therapy.

Interestingly from what I've read physical therapists use 3 mhz for superficial tissues and the 1 mhz for deeper.

Notice that with US you SHOULD NOT feel warming or burning sensation since the US is heating deep tissues. Skin is not involved in temperature here.

DO NOT experiment without researching and reading what has been proven. Go very safe with it.

I used 2.0w/cm^2 for 8 minutes in total. Felt a lot more heat this time, gonna be using thislpower setting from now on. Important to keep the transducer moving at all times with this much heat and to use a lot of gel
 
Did the same protocol as yesterday, tried aloe vera only as a gel and worked exceptionally.

Ive been meaning to set up a pulley system I could use in conjunction with the lengthmaster while applying the ultrasound. I've been getting a lot more sore in my left lig at the base than the right, anyone know the reason behind this?

Other than that I've noticed a better flaccid hang and a slightly darker penis. Haven't really checked for gains but my girlfriend said she could feel me in her stomach yesterday lol.

I read the post your talking about it's such a helpful post and quite the experiment to perform on oneself. It assured me that 1mhz will suffice needs for PE purposes. Me personally, I could never stick something in my urethra, just the thought of that...

Sorry I've been really busy lately and my lengthmaster has not been cooperating that much lately, I'm waiting on the new bundle. I use the machine at 2.2w/cm2 for 4:20 on each side, while hanging straight out. After I'm done with both sides I swivel in my chair slowly while still hanging straight out, really works the ligs. I haven't measured since using US but i think I've gained slightly using it.

I just can not for the life of me get a great wrap with ththe lengthmaster, I've tried everything the new bundle is my last hope. The wrap I have now is alright but limits my sessions and causes edema underneath my glans and discomfort.

Why don’t you just do the modification now so you don’t have this pain when wrapping? It’s as easy as drilling two holes and adding a few washers. I mean you can get the new chamber when it comes out but that’s the only difference and you can do it right now.

I'm not that handy of a man haha feel like I'd mess up my bundle, besides I kind of need a new bundle one of the pads has a slight tear, also I just started my 2 week decon break. Think I'm going to start vacuum hanging instead of manual stretches. Going to be doing a whole new routine soon.

As far as US device, the most popular we have all been using is the US Pro 2000 Second Edition.
Thanks for the posts and noted earlier today as i read your whole thread on ultra sound and longstretches thread with Kypra as well. will be ordering that one today.

Do you recommend hanging with a vacuum hanger like the silistretcher or the lengthmaster?

20 min US
10 min cool down

After exercising for the day do you wrap all day until the next workout?

During a decon period do you traction wrap or anything?

I am sure Jackxxx will confirm but I believe he uses a vacuum cap (as do I).
The LM is awesome for hanging but because it is a clamp, needs to be removed every 15/20 minutes.
Ideally, you want to keep your posted US routine flowing without the interruptions.

Yes, absolutely possible. You dont need to hang with more than 2.5-3kg, and if you bundle you will achieve the strain in less time. You can hang with a vacuum for lets say 20 minutes, 10 minutes bundled to the right, 10 minutes bundled to the left with 2.5kg. NEVER, and I repeat, NEVER exercise your penis to fatigue. There is absolutely no science or literature leading positive results on collagen tissues and ECM from fatigue or inflammation. Strain is the goal for the reorganization of the ECM.

In the case of US while hanging, of course if possible too, however, it makes it a little bit more complicated to do the stress relaxation while hanging.

So many people don’t know that the LM is also a hanger. The LM is really the Swiss Army knife of PE
