Turtling while wearing SiliSleeve2

I am new here and to MOS products. I just got the SiliSleeve2 and right away after a few minutes of wearing it, there is turtling which I understand the sleeve is supposed to help with and eliminate while wearing. Any thoughts, suggestions, ideas? What am I doing wrong?

Perhaps it's a size too large on the sleeve. If u didn't cut it and enough length left on it avail to fold one end over itself to make it stronger to hold Otherwise u may need to try the silisleev 5.

Is the sleeve in tact or did u cut it down to fit?
