Tunica vs Internal penis???

so what from ive learned the tunica is what determines penis growth correct?...but when we pull internal penis we are pulling part if the 12 inches buried inside correct, so if we manage to pull say 1 to 2 inches of internal where does the tunica determine this??

A few things getting a little bit mixed up. the tunica surrounds the entire penis just like if you were wearing a condom. The tunica is one of the most limiting factors in making growth but we have sound very smart ways to get around us. Bundled stretching. This is when you twist the penis like a cork screw and stretch from there. Do five minutes of these before every workout. If you have the Lengthmaster use it to do bundles as there is no more powerful way.

So let me start with the Tunica and what you can do to Pre-stretch it so you can make the best gains possible. Before we do any exercise it is most important to stretch the tunica as once the tunica is stretched it can no longer go back to its original size. The tunica is extremely dense at about 95% So it is easy to see that it has very little elasticity. So once we stretch the tunica then we can take on much more size permanently.

when you’re pulling the penis by gripping it right below the head and stretching from there is predominantly a ligament and shaft exercise. But as you go down your shaft and start getting closer and closer to the base you begin to stretch internal penis. You will find the best stretch for this would be the Lengthmaster low grip stretching. If you do not have a link master you can do it by hand by gripping at the extreme base and stretching from there.

I can really feel it pulling on my internal penis when I'm up at my base but I thought it was stretching my ligament as well.

I thought pulling just above the head would stretch the shaft and bundles for the tunica.

I'm hanging 17lbs with no gains. Hopefully something gives when I get into the 20's

There’s not enough room to really stretch your ligament when you’re stretching from the base. The stretch will go to internal penis beyond the ligament. When you stretch from the top of the penis you’re stretching the shaft and the ligament. But as you make your way down the shaft you are entering into expressive Stretching
