I read a book about it a few years ago.

In another book, "Think and Grow RIch," by Napoleon Hill, he talks about it as well.

Basically, semen retention for prolonged focus / productivity / success, and refocusing sexual energy into work or your business.

Actually, this is based on Chinese and Middle Eastern traditions. Screw until you are satisfied, and work your butt off and don't worry about home life since the women at home will take care of the rest. I've read many similar books like this, and it's all based on the same latter years concept.
