Hi I'm wondering if there's any exercises I can do to strengthen my IC muscles because my erection has little to no angle and is not very hard also it's extremely difficult for me to get aroused. Other than mini kegels what else can I do to strengthen the IC muscles
Actually have been doing that routine what I'm trying to focus on is the icing muscles because they are extremely weak everything else is incredibly tight and strong is there anything that specifically targets the IC muscles
Get some sort of Dopamine agonist < this I believe is most responsible for erections and quality. Perhaps the ratio is 60% TEstosterone < including DHT in that TEst category, and some estrogen < which is needed for boners as well. Then about 40% dopamine. Infact if you're dopamine is high and you're fucking you can get rid of your refractory period. Theres a Bodybuilding peptide called Cabergoline stops prolactin < which kills your boners so you don't get priapism and up boosts Dopamine. Or get Kratom. Don't take alot.
