Tore my biceps...

Fuck I was doing arm exercises I spent 10 mins almost non stop but I think I tore my biceps muscle left arm hurts like hell can't even bend it the i did that three days ago I still feel the pain ...

You may want to visit the doctor to make sure the tear is in so bad. If you have insurance I would go and just have them look you over.
