Too much of a good thing?

Hey Brothers <3

Had an interesting thought recently... after I realized with the help of this forum that I will NOT be listening to my urologist about PE, I decided to go into my training with an even stronger vengeance, committing myself completely to SRT and following in the path of those who have come before me.

My penis has become much more conditioned in the past 2 months since I stretch 5-6 days a week minimum and often hit 1 hour daily without problems. My question is: can I extend my newbie stretch intervals from say 40 seconds to about a minute, perhaps even gradually getting to where each specific stretch direction can last for 5-10 minutes?

The therapeutic value of my stretching has completely consumed me. I have quite literally fallen in love with this training and the amazing feeling of growth. Also, since I have conditioned, can one of the brothers recommend a stretch for someone conditioned enough for intense newbie routine work but still not advanced enough for the more dynamic stuff.

Maybe try some twisted bundled stretches.
Depending on how much you twist, what angle you hit, etc it can start off as an intermediate exercise and you can work to reach an advanced stage. Plus I feel like they help both in length and girth.

I am very happy that you’re going to be using SRT and I will coach you through the whole process if necessary. Have a readthrough and write up a basic routine and I can come in and help you make adjustments. The reason the SRT is so powerful is the fact that it’s spends just as much time in gaining as it does in healing. You will also find many tips and reasons for why we do certain exercises particularly bundled exercises. There are many other tidbits to chew on so have a good look through and let me know.
 
My manual stretches can last for several minutes at a time, not read anything that states shouldn't go for that long. Obviously unless induces pain of course

The more the better but I mean if you want to go 24/7 365 go for it because there is no limit when it comes to length.
 
Thank you for the tips, guys! Can't wait to push through my old time limits with my stretching and incorporate some new techniques. I will keep you guys posted as I progress.
