Ok so I’ve been doing decon breaks to good result. I’m doing mainly pumping for girth right now And I’m a little more than two weeks into a routine and want to maximize gains before my next decon. I usually do 3-4 sets of 7 min pumps. 7 hg, 8, 9 respectively. Last night i increased a few sets to ten mins and it seemed good. No increase above 9 in pressure. Who’s got tips? Keep pressure the same? Increase time? Experts weigh in!!!
