Time under Tension w/ weight drop set

So, i've been going over the old scientific data in relation to elastic vs. plastic deformation when it comes to tendons, and the truth it the more time you spend in tension beyond load capacity, the faster you'll make gains.
But what i'm wondering is, Do you have to keep the tension at beyond load capacity the entire time? Or can you exhaust the shaft with heavier weight/stronger stretching, and then use a lighter weight for an extended period of time?
Example, i hang 25lbs/or stretch w the length master w lots of intensity, but i know to make gains i need to keep tension for 5 hours... Do i have to hang w 25lbs the whole time? Or can i do a couple sets to exhaust the shaft, and the hang 15lbs for 5 hours? Would i still gain?
 
Good to see you my brother is been a very long time and I hope everything is going well. when I wrote the routine for SRT pyramid hanging the whole idea was exactly what you’re saying. As the penis became more fatigued weight would increase until I got to a peak and then from there it worked its way back down. I feel as though the upward work is considered active and the downward work as passive or healing.

So you should still gain hanging lighter for an extended period of time, once the shaft has been exhausted, That's great to hear!
I wonder if it's possible to gain an inch in 3 months as a non-newb, if you marathon stretch/hang everyday? I'm talking 8+hours a day

To me it made the most sense and that’s why I put those two routines together but you’ll see an SRT. One is longer than the other but if you look at them they’re very similar to what you’re talking about

You know what tho, i've really been thinking about giving the old phase one routine another go, i've never made the length gains i did when i as doing 500-1000 jelqs every morning, and an hour of intense stretching every night using nothing but baby powder. TBH i'm convinced to make length gains you need to jelq. What's your opinion on that D?
 
Because every time I had ample amounts of jelqing in my routines I gained length and when I took the jelq out my length gains slowed down. Also if you'll study big length gainers progress threads you'll see the same pattern.
Exactly, i came to the same conclusion, i think you need to stretch the shaft in an erect and semi-erect state to facilitate bpel gains.

I used to do this every six months where I would go back to the newbie routine to kind of reset things while I worked on writing a more intense and powerful routine.
 
I believe that the later part of the jelq, when basically stretching the shaft in various erect/semi-erect states is responsible for length gains.
I gained most when i would stretch every night, and jelq every morning...Synergistic growth activity.
 
Agree, this is the reason why many PErs report length gains from doing high EQ jelq and Ulis that act like erect stretches for the mid/upper shaft done at over 100% EQ. Actually on TP videos page that has the oldest mention of Uli#3 on the internet it's described as a "length and upper shaft girth" exercise.

Now that I think about it, maybe super setting Bathmate with slow 10sec dry jelq and ulis in a 5x5x3 could bring fast length gains just like mixing it with SSJ brings larger expansion??? I think I'll give that a try in the future, for now, I'm on a newbie routine to get back in the game after a 6y break from PE.

Every once in a while it makes a lot of sense for us to go back to the newbie routine and hit the reset button so we can further our future growth.

Yes, and jelqing does exactly that, is an expressive stretch for the entire duration of the jelq motion, starting from the base all to the way to the glans.

I will not call the jelq an expressive stretch. The expressive stretching done with the length master is very different from the way a jelq is done. They are two different exercises.
