Hi guys hope you all are well.

Right, so I'm ready to channel my full attention into my PE now, I honestly think it will be good for me both physically and mentally.

I have suffered with alcohol and drug addiction on and off for the last 8 years. I had got clean for 9 months last year untill out of no where my illness crept back up and before I knew it I had relapsed and was back in the midst of addiction once again. I am now 1 full week sober, again, and I plan to keep it that way, one day at a time. I have a very addictive personality, so I think PE could be a good thing for me. If I can replace those addictions that are detrimental to my health for one like PE then I will be a very happy guy.

I already own a Bathmate HydroPump and at the tail end of 2024 I bought the Lengthmaster 3 which I have not yet started using frequently. I have a silisleeve also but I think I may need to order a bigger one as it is REALLY hard to get on, and hurts like he'll to get back of lol and I have a silicap.

What exercises would you more experienced guys advise me to start with using the Lengthmaster and what should I not do in your experience as a newbie?

For Girth work I will use the Bathmate along with Jelqs and slow squash Jelqs from what I have read on here that seems the best for Girth.

My current Length is BPEL 6"
I will need to measure again Girth with measuring tape I will add it in when I do.

Im not looking for outrageous gains to be honest I would be absolutely delighted with NBPEL 8" Length and 6" Girth. 2" isn't outrageous gains surely with the Lengthmaster??

Anyway, thanks for those who have taken their time to read this and respond with any info they can share.

Im so very grateful that i survived Alcohol and Opiate addiction. And as you say the next time could be my last. I managed to get clean October 2023 after my addictions seen me admitted into hospital and spend almost a week on IV drips. I had been doing well up untill around July 2024 and thats when the wheels started coming off. Couldnt believe I was back in that obsession once again. But again last Monday I managed to break that cycle again and went through a bad withdrawal.

This time I know I need to put more things in place to help me stay clean. And I fully plan on staying clean from here on in, so help me God.

I hope I can channel PE in a positive way that can help me focus on something positive that I can do on a daily basis.

I appreciate all you guys on here and hope I can pick your brains in the days weeks and months ahead.

You will get there. If you want NBPEL at 8in, you have to get around 9in BPEL for good measures. That will not be a problem. Reroute your addiction for PE instead. You may end up with an 11in NBPEL instead.

I am looking to channel my focus into something else I can do religiously so PE is perfect. I had the Bathmate for a number of years and got the Lengthmaster a couple months ago. There has been times where I have been ready to start PE but while I was wrapped up in addiction it was never going to be successful. Now tho my sole focus (apart from my family) is health, fitness and PE.

I ordered a silisleeve along with my Lengthmaster. It seems to be a rather tight fit and when I did manage to get it on (after a bit of skin pinching and maneuvering) it was super tight. So much so that my penis was squished as thin as hell!! I will need to order a bigger size of silisleeve.

But just to ask, would it be detrimental to Girth growth by wearing something that is so tight fitting to retain length?

Since it's silicone, you can stretch it to a certain extent. Don't use any heating device such as a blower or hair dryer. Use hot to scolding water instead. But, find a tube, cylinder, or something with the diameter you're looking for. Roll the sleeve over it in full to spread it out. Leave the sleeve submerged under the hot or scolding water and leave it there. I stick my DuroSleev, the toughest of the toughest, vertically in a cylinder full of scolding water. Once the temperature of the water becomes room temperature again, take it out of the water, still rolled over the cylinder/tube, and allow it to air dry. Check for the looseness in 2 days. If it's still too tight, repeat. No need to purchase new ones.

For girth, yes. For length, no. For girth, you're compressing too much of the tissues that you've worked hard to expand. For length, that's not a problem. But, the sleeve should never be tight, unless you're using it along with the extender. Tightness helps to hold the vacuum cup in place to perform the extension.

Yep. The only good thing about using the sleeve for the girth is the cutout of the sleeve to use as a penis ring to assist with the blood's restrictive post workout routine, or paired up for the SSJ.

However, this is if you think you want to do it, wear the loosen sleeve, not tight, to take advantage of the loosen internal tissues for length as well. When your sleeves are loosen enough, wrap a light layer of traction tape or bandage at the base of the glans, role the loosen sleeve over the entire shaft, and allow the penis to remain flaccid in an elongated state. The elongated flaccid helps to stretch the expanded tissues for both girth and length purposes.

Let me explain why in terms of a vantage point where you can understand the logic. When you force the sappling to fill with full of water, in your case is blood, the cells expands in all directions. That means the cells are at and above maximum capacity in fluid, with the cell walls weakened and some burst. The bursted cell walls takes between a fraction of a second to a few minutes to repair. Anything cell that cannot repair will spill their gut contents all over the place, creating a void until a new cell can take over that place. The floating gut contents will be assimilated by other cells. The moment you stop forcing the fluid into the cells, the cell dimensions have a tendency to return back to their original sizes, and the cell walls repair to their original thickness. To prevent this, you want to create a low tension between 800g to 1100g of force to keep the cells stretched beyond the 100% dimension. The cell walls are now being forced to heal and rebuild to a larger size. If the cells take in the remnant parts of other cells that bursted, the cells become much larger.

Imagine you do this over and over and over again, the cells get larger and larger. That results in larger penile shaft, or in our observable view, larger and longer penis.

When you personally are using sleeves do you use lubricant to aid in helping to fit it on properly?

Trying to do it without absolutely pulls and nips at the skin haha 😄

Funny story about SIM and I when we got the free DuroSleev and SiliSleev #5. They were free of course, so, we tried them on. We already performed our PE routines and our girths have increased a bit. When we tried to put those sleeves on, we nearly choked our penises to death. If you think lubricant could help putting the DuroSleev on, that was a mistake you will know the moment you try to "roll" it onto your penis. It would pinch, "strangle", and squeeze your penis into skinny little twig while you curse, scream, and bang your head against the walls.

So, do yourself a favor and not go through our pains. Make it loose! Very loose! Whatever your erected girth is, make the sleeve diameter relaxed to that size before you put it on, especially the DuroSleev. I still shiver from recalling that day.

Haha yes when I did manage to get it on my penis was choked to death, it was as tou said like a little twig. Like a lollipop with the glans bulging out the end lol it took me a while to get it back off and with quite a bit of tugging and pulling at the skin lol

Appreciate that brother. Before that last relapse I was sober for around 9/10 months myself. It is scary just how sudden that disease can sneak up and take a hold of you again. One thing I have learned with that relapse is NEVER to take sobriety for granted. Each day should be treated as a blessing.

Thank You! It is no longer a struggle. I stopped cravings in about 2 months and since then it has been smooth sailing. Dont get me wrong I loved drinking but it was destroying everything in my life. I am so looking forward to a year.

Length before Girth - you have done a good length session so you have stretched out that tunica, now if you do pumping afterwards with the penis in an extended stretched state you would think that there would be more room for expansion.. Would that be right?

Girth before Length - after a good pumping session the penis is in a very malleable state and so if stretching was done afterwards you could assume the tunica would maybe stretch more?

Excuse the way I have worded my thoughts i am still a relative newbie to this.

What do the brothers think is the best order to do these for the maximum gains and maximum efficiency?

I'll answer this from my perspective only, and others will chime in. Girth routine after length makes life easier. You don't have to deal with a massive penis that can deflate on you after expansion. Why work on all the efforts of expanding and compress the penis down to the prior pumping condition? After pumping, the glans, or the entire penis, can get sensitive compared to length routines. But, if you can handle the penile enlarged state for length workout, there's no issue with it.

The reason I ask this is there could really be an argument for both, either length before girth or vice versa.
There is no really wrong way. You can do either length or girth first. Ultimately, it becomes the question of confortability when switching from one routine to the next. If you want scientific and medical side of it, it was answered in @kriskros post earlier. I can go even further into depth about it if you like if you see there's unclear answer. I can write a novel about it.

Yes, and no. When you stretch the tunica it's stretching the soft ligamentary strand that holds the penis length in place. When you bundled (twisting) and stretching, you are loosening the tissues that support girth. This is why bundling the stretches is critical for girth and not just length.

Unfortunately, the amount of tunica softening or effective collagenic bond breakage is at best around 5%, UNLESS, and this is a huge UNLESS, your pumping is focus on length and not on girth base. Unfortunately, the pumping for length only as effective as the pre-stretch routines to break the tough tunica tissues. That exceeds the 15inHg pressure zone. This goes into the Phalback 40inHg to 60inHg zone, which is quite dangerous.

There's only a commonality of approaches, which is the SRT and 5x5x3 as baselines, but then we tweak the routines to fit each individual to maximize the returns for the efforts. This is the key to each and every personalized routine to optimize individual progresses.

For brothers that have discussed this either in the forum or privately with the coach(es)/adisor(s) in the past and even in the current days, they can chime in and give you an earful or eyeful about constantly optimizing the routines for the most efficient and fastest returns.

Today I used the Bathmate in the shower early morning, then I used a cock ring for 30 mins. Afterwards I used the Lengthmaster for around 15 mins to do some light to medium stretches as I've not yet got into a proper stretching routine yet as was still messing about to get my wrapping perfected.

After I finished with the stretching I lightly re wrapped to keep the penis in the elongated state for a number of hours.

It got me thinking that I was losing the pump that I had on my flaccid after doing the stretches and then wrapping so I am going to change it up to stretching then pumping and see how this feels for me.

As you said there is no right or wrong way different brothers will have their own preference in which order they do their PE.

I struggle to hold an erection for 5 mins while doing PE I feel when I am doing the SSJ I am deflating my penis.

I am looking to get all day stretcher so I can keep a constant tension on the Penis for an extended period during the day. What stretchers would you recommend from your experience? As in comfort and results you have seen or heard of...

The problem with brotherhoods nowadays is the lack of information, or rather too much information with too ambiguous detail. If the veterans can provide clearer info, things would be much better in the PE world. However, too much pride and too much secrets being held back and that cause a stagnant on the PE golden age from blossoming. The info is only as good as the people provide them. The answer should be clear and concise so we can all get to the roots of the problem.

Don't worry. Each of us find different solutions for our issues. Even the most fertile and horniest brothers may not last past 3 minutes without stimulation. When you're younger, as your hormones surge, you can get erected just by the mention of woman's name. Now, due to adult entertainment saturation, PIED becomes a major problem. You're in good company so no worries there.

I am looking to get all day stretcher so I can keep a constant tension on the Penis for an extended period during the day. What stretchers would you recommend from your experience? As in comfort and results you have seen or heard of...
There is no one extender that will be the ultimate device to go to. I've tried a majority of them, from noose-strap types to vacuum cup type. Everyone of them have positives and negatives. What truly boils down is the comfort level. All extender system will use your glans as a traction point.

The noose-strap type will use the base of the glans to pull. The pressure around the base of the glans can be quite..painful after a few hours. However, with proper wrapping from the base of the glans to around 6cm below the base, you can find a great comfort zone. Some brothers don't have that much length to use, so the noose-strap type is a bit of a challenge.

The opposite is is the vacuum cup. The vacuum cup can be MUCH MUCH more comfortable than the noose-strap type. HOWEVER, be warned. The vacuum cup can be costly for the long run since you have to replace components all the time, such as the sleeves. The vacuum places quite bit of burden on the glans under pressure. If you accidentally place too much vacuum pressure and the penis is under tension, the pressure can far exceed your glans's capacity to handle and you'll get blister. Very big blister.

So, my suggestion is to research on the extender that has both the noose-strap type, with long glans support platform (the white piece where the rods connect to for your penis), and the vacuum cup comfort add-on. This will be based on your budget. All extender makers follows the same rule of designs. This includes the MoS Shop extender system, the Size Genetic, or even the PhalloSan. The generic systems also have them as well. Look around for the system that best suite your needs, including the availability in your region, and doesn't break your bank account. I'm currently using a JES Extender, modified for comforts, and SiliStretcher to strap onto the JES system. My JES system is 12 years old. The design hasn't change much, beside for the vacuum cup and the opening around the base for quick slide on and off. I only wear my JES extender at home since it's quite bulky. I wear my SiliStretcher on the run. My posts are all over the place on the usage of the SiliStretcher, and provided insights on other brothers' Routine and Progress pages as well. You have to try them all to truly know what the devices are about, if you have the budget for it.
