So I'm the kind of person who has a lot on his plate, I have a soon to be 7 year old special needs autistic son, chronically ill wife live' on the same property as my aging and ailing parents and battling sleep apnea myself you can imagine time management is a big problem for me, my biggest concern is not having enough time for PE, but an even bigger concern is with the issues I'm facing daily not falling into deep depression, once that happens all bets are off and my motivation and whatever time management fly out the window, that reminds me of one my favorite modern bands Lincoln Park song lyrics from, "In The End"
"Time is a valuable thing
Watch it fly by as the pendulum swings
Watch it count down to the end of the day
The clock ticks life away "
Watch the time go right out the window " sadly and ironically the lead singer Chester Bennington took his life after learning of the death on another great rock singer friend Chris Cornell of Soudgarden took his own life, it's really true what they say one life touches another, sorry I realize I'm going off topic but depression and suicide is a very serious issue and I think it's especially true if you have too much on your plate or just can't deal with everyday life, but the reason I brought up the song is the time issue, not everyone manages time the same, and those of us who have little of it are the ones who are struggling the most with being able to meet just everyday goals never mind our short or long term ones. So this brings me to a question is anyone here going through something in their life that steals their time and makes time management very hard to to do. if so how are you managing your time and finding the motivation to stay on track with your goals especially PE.? As my old English teacher used to say "Time Is My Worst Enemy" and now I know why. If you feel this post would be better in a different area, please move it the appropriate area. Thanks
