Those hard to target handles?

Im a slim guy, 6' 1" 171 pounds. I was up to 184 a little will ago. I just stopped working out for to months and got sick bad twice. Im as big as I was b4 but now Im happy because I lost a lot of fat especially my belly area. I still a little bit of love handles and I want to know what are the best exercise to and food to avoid eatting. And also what foods would be good so that I dont store anymore?
 
good luck targeting fat. I would do anythying but side bends. high rep low rest time.
 
10-15 sets to failure, or when one can build up to it 8 min abs.
less carbs, sugars, high salty foods(basically all the good stuff).
It's a trade off worth it for some people and difficult for all. I do about a 100 situps daily plus cardio and weights, I think buy summer, a sixpack is def. in the works.
