Im a slim guy, 6' 1" 171 pounds. I was up to 184 a little will ago. I just stopped working out for to months and got sick bad twice. Im as big as I was b4 but now Im happy because I lost a lot of fat especially my belly area. I still a little bit of love handles and I want to know what are the best exercise to and food to avoid eatting. And also what foods would be good so that I dont store anymore?
