Yes, they sure do. I once saw a guy's penis on PBS from a drama that was imported from the UK, but other than that never. It was a second or two as the guy climbed out of a pond from a swim.
Here, you don't even get to see nipples unless they are pixelated heavily. I don't know how they get away showing guy's chests though since the difference is only hormonal.
