The right way to jelq

I dont think it matters what position when jelqing, but the positioning of the finger and thumb when you grip may. I never used to jelq thumb on top, finger on the bottom like is standard for jelqing.

It never felt right for me, so I used to use the same grip technique - finger and thumb - but applied the pressure to the sides of the penis, alternating hands so the thumb on each hand would work the opposite side on the penis.

When doing that I could apply more pressure on the side walls, rather then the conventional jelq technique which applies force downwards.

Have a play with both methods, the conventional top to bottom, and the other variation, which just requires a slight movement of the wrist for the digits and thumb to be in place.
 
you telling something interesting about aplying preasure to the sides of the penis , can you explain me a little bit about that , i dont jelq like that i apply force to the up and down sides of the penis , whats the difference.
Jelquing as you said from both sides to me looks targeting for more girth
 
That is how I always jelq, you simply use the same grip but turn it so the thumb is working the side, and not the top.
 
Yeah, but I think jelqing has the side effects of also creating girth, and thats something you dont want?
If you were trying to length using the jelq you should be at no more than 30% and erect and that will help promote length but not to efficiently. The most efficient way to gain length is using the LengthMaster but if you do not have a one I suggest you concentrate on bundled stretches, basic stretches, erect stretches and expresses stretches. And in the hours you are not manually stretching I suggest you get an extender for this purpose.
 
i like the extender idea but the thing is i like to masturbate while working out its something i cant fight also during my 7 months of newbie jelq i gained almost none in girth mostly lenght so i think i can keep going but im considering gettin an extender
 
I always dry jelp.. with ok grip at the base, then push upwards like 1 or 2 inches, then hold for 5 sec and let go and then do it again.

i am only focusing on jelqing these days, i love it.
 
I bet most of your gains come from jelq DLD but i wont tell anyone

Nah, I only gained 1/2 inch using the Jelq. The SlowSquashJelq (and other jelq style exercises I created) took the place of jelqing and I made 1.5" in girth gains using these advanced methods.
