- Cacao Nibs (handful)
- 20 Goji Berries
- 1-tsp Maca Powder
1-3 times a day
Liquid Base: milk, tea, clean filtered water, coconut milk, etc.
There's a section on enhancers to boost the effectiveness by adding these ingredients to the "Recipe".
- Cayenne Pepper (as much as you want)
- 1-2 tsp Rosemary
- 3-6 drops H<tt>2</tt>O<tt>2</tt> (Hydrogen Peroxide - 35% Food Grade)
