Hi everyone, I'm BigoGeek and this is my log where I'll be documenting my PE process, so feel free to enter this thread and comment your thoughts and ideas 
Before jumping to the routine and so I'd like to introduce myself and my history, I haven't done anything related to PE ever so I'm a total newbie here but aiming to learn as much as possible. I have to say that during the last 4 to 5 months I've been searching about it and learning from Luigi Domenico on his web page Maestría Sexual, but didn't start for studies reasons.
Anyways, recently I discovered about MoS and Mike (aka @DLD) from Luigi, wherein one of his videos explained that lots of his knowledge came from his mentor, Mike Salvini, and I'm that type of person that when I'm interested in something I start to look for more and more and more knowledge like a sponge and never satisfied heh...
So I began the investigation and ended finding MoS, as you may expect from the previous explanation I've been reading for hours lots of threads before register in... (drunk) And the great general ambient in the forum has made me decide to register and start my awesome journey in PE, so here I go!
* I'm going to upload two photos at the end of the post to see where I start, as you will observe my erection it's not so high due to an obvious tilt so there is quite work to do... *

1st Day Update: 24/02
To conclude this update I have to say that I took a quick length measure right before the stretches and jelqing, and to my surprise, I went to a straight 6 in (15,2 cm)!! So pretty pretty excited about this new process I'm into.

- Initial (and actual):
- BPFSL: 16 cm == 6 1/4 in
- BPFL: 9,5 cm == 3 3/4 in
- FG: 10 cm == 4 in
- BPEL: 14,5 cm == 5 5/8 in
- EG: 12,5 cm == 4 7/8 in
- 1st goal (short term):
- BPEL: 16,5 cm == 6 1/2 in
- EG: 14,5 cm == 5 5/8 in
- 2nd goal (long term):
- BPEL: 18,5 cm == 7 1/4 in
- EG: 16,5 cm == 6 1/2 in
- Initial (and actual):
- ROUTINE
- The first day (today 24/02) I'm going to follow the 2 first weeks protocol of the Newbie routine from DLD as an introduction of the exercises, stretches and so on.
- Then (from 25/02 to 10/03) I'll follow the First 2 weeks protocol of the Bathmate version from the newbie routine, as I have recently purchased the Hydromax7 ❤
- I'll do the routine 3 times a week: Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
- I'll continue (from 11/03) with the After 2 weeks protocol of the Bathmate newbie routine until I see no longer gains or a plateau in the progress (maybe after 2-3 months?)
- I'll do the routine 5 times a week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
- After all that I don't really know what I am going to do, I guess that during that time I'll have more knowledge and I'll be moving into Newbie routine Phase 2, or maybe into the SRT routine? We'll see.

1st Day Update: 24/02
- Okay, if I had to describe the feelings about the very first session (yesterday) in my PE journey I would do it like this: AWESOME. Seriously, I don't know how much more people aren't doing this kind of exercise... Because they are pure dynamite to the body and mind!
- The first part was the length session with Basic stretching, and as a nice noob I am I didn't like It at all, but It's pretty normal, I have lots of things to improve: the grip and the technique itself are the first of all.
- However... I can't say the same from the girth session, I declare an absolute fan and lover of the jelqing exercise <3LOL It's all about the jelqing what fascinates me: the feeling, the momentum, the intensity... Incredible hahaha.
- Then we have the PC muscle contractions, the hardest part when you are a newbie is to REALLY know if you are doing it or not, but when you are mid-set in the 5:2 kegel squeezes... Oh boy you really know where the PC muscle is (cwl)
