MityVac you can both pump with water and air.
MityVac have a guage, so you can regulate the pressure well. Bathmate do not have a gauge.

MityVac is more cost effective, because when you have outgrown the tube, you can just buy a bigger.

Bathmate have a gator (rubber creases) that will puch/chew into your penis when you remove the comfort insert. It's not comfortable.

Not now. Only length until last Feb next year.
I only used them for some months, maybe 2 or 3 every day, before MOS. I don't know my gains, because I do not know my starting EG value...but I ended up needing to buy custom fitted condoms.
Regular condoms here in Sweden are to small now. And no...they can't be stretched, couldn't even get myself past the ring.

When working on length the best device you can buy is LengthMaster 3.
A Bathmate pump is mainly for girth work. Even if you can grow in length with a Bathmate pump the process will be much slower in comparison to using a Bathmate pump for length gains. Personally I did not get any substantial length gains with a Bathmate pump.

MityVac is a better choice if your goal is to work on length with a pump, because you can get a narrow tube and force the tissue to expand in length instead of mostly in girth and then length. But if you disregard my recommendations the best Bathmate pump of your choice would be: Bathmate HydroXtream 9. In my personal opinion the regular Hydromax 7 is to narrow to grow in girth, also as you mentioned you are almost at 7 Inch in length, so it may be that you would outgrow the Hydromax 7 if you choose that pump.

The thing with Bathmate is that they are expensive to grow in. I was forced to buy 3 Bathmate pumps in order to grow fast, MityVac is a far better and cheaper pump system to grow your penis with. You have highly customization of how wide your pump can be.

If I didn't had gone down from HydroXtream 9 to Hydromax 5 when I started, I would not have grown as fast as I did.

Yes. When I went down in size of the diameter of the pump I started to grow (get proper expansion and pressure).
I could not get proper expansion and pressure with HyrdoXtream 9 in the beginning.
Remember I was 5 Inch BPEL in the beginning.

Do Downward Jelq's (you don't need to be fully erected), to reduce your fluid retention between sets (also do afterwards).
I recommend Vaseline® Orginal PROTECTING JELLY when you do Jelq's.
To remove it afterwards, just get into the shower and use hot water.

So after a week of doing the 5x5x3(was only pumping and stretching before this) my veins are so much more prominent now than before! I never knew I had veins behind my head like a ring almost lol but even while flaccid they stick out like crazy!
