Thank you for this. This is what I am working on, just thickness. Couple of things I need clarity on. (Used the bathmate 3 times so far newbie)

1. When using the bathmate, should I be hard or soft?

2. The jelq squishing and bending Is a no for me. Messing with my dick that aggressively just weird's me out. Anyone have another suggestion, or will the bathmate be just fine over a longer period of time?

You can use it together with the Girth Program: 5x5x3, to get a really permanent girthy penis.

Are you talking about Slow Squash Jelq's?
You should not be aggressive, just take it slow and methodically.

Hey, @Dongshow
Check out my pic doing the SSJ. It truly is something to get down as far as technique, but I’m telling you, that @DLD SSJ routine, when done properly, is tremendous. The most important part is to ENSURE you have warmed up at least 10 minutes. I use a heating pad. And then the warm down. Also, you need to ensure you have at least 70-80% erection state. Also to be firm with the one hand as close to the base of the penis as it sits by the fat pad (grabbing as deep as possible) with firmness. You can tell as the blood will trap and the veins will increase. Push against the glans towards the base as we as the other coming towards the glans and…viola….you got the SSJ. Now…it does also take some manual stimulation to get back to 70-80% erection, but that’s the work you gotta put in. Cheers!!’

Do I need the siliring to retain girth? Or can I do this without the siliring and still gain girth
 
Is a Silisleeve required for this for the pumping? Also, I've had the original Bathmate since the mid 2000's, would that suffice for this exercise or do I need the Hydro Extreme w/ the pump? Thank you guys in advance!

Awesomeness. I suppose you do not use the comfort insert?

Just put a PVC tube over the valve, and keep the valve intact. The pvc tube should be flexible. I tried this but couldn't get hold of a flexible tubing.

The pvc tub should fit snug inside the VacuVin pump. And to get the pvc tube over the valve of the Bathmate pump you can heat it up.
The tube should be short enough so you can operate the valve with your fingers.

This did not work for me since I didn't get the right kind of pvc tube. It was not expandable at all.
 
I dont know if the new BM's have the foam padding at the base for comfort against the skin, but it didn't come with a comfort insert, but it probably wasn't necessary back then.

You mean I can heat up the pvc tube to make it even more malleable so the valve can fit inside snug?

Hope to hear from your progress as with my own. 😎

Update: My mistake. I just looked up comfort insert and NO, I never used since it wasn't around back then. I've probably built up some pain tolerance but mostly I just ignored it. 😆

Sorry to be off topic here but I was wondering if anybody knows if the MOS online retail allows the split payment option through Paypal which enables you to make a purchase with two separate forms of payment (gift debit card + debit card, etc). I've read that Paypal has a *split* toggle option button BUT only for select retailers that elected to allow it while some don't. I haven't used PayPal in years but will use it to make my purchase here if it allows me to split my payment between two debit cards in total of 200 dollars or so. If not, then I'll just use the traditional debit card route.

Yes heat the pvc tubing with a heat gun so you can stretch it ovet the bottom of the Bathmate (over the valve). You have the tube always on your Bathmate. When you need to add more vaccum, you put the pvc tube inside the Vacu Vin pump. The fit should be snug

So you are dealing with the gator 🐊 every time, that's good news for me, maybe I will keep using Bathmate.

But imagine I would be to long for HydroXtreme 9 when I'm done with my LENGTHMASTER 3. 😁
Well then the only choice would be to get the MityVac pumping system. We will see.

The Mityvac is the best pump on the market. Since we invented the Mityvac we have had control over every part on the pump. The other awesome things are you don't have to get a bigger pump when you run out of space you simply order a new tube.

Just to be sure what are the inner and outer diameter specs for the PVC tubing you are using? I'm ordering on Amazon and want to order the proper inner and outer diameter PVC tubing to have a snug fit inside the vacu vin on one end and still be able to heat up the other end to expand and cover the Bathmate release snout. Thanks as always!

I didn't get it to work since I ordered the wrong PVC tube. It was not flexible at all. Maybe I needed a heating gun, I only used a hair dryer to heat it up.

But these dimensions seams to work:

OD = outer diameter

The tube fitted snug inside the Vacu Vin pump. Maybe if you have the OD at 27 mm it would be even more perfect.

*Edit: OD = 26 mm will probably be a perfect fit.

I just found this with the dimensions of 19.1 ID and 25.4 OD which converts to .75 inches ID and 1 inch OD. If you think 1 inch OD will still be a snug fit inside the Vacu Vin then this flexible PVC tubing would be good for us to use.

I believe you need at least OD = 26 mm for the PVC tube. Otherwise It's a risk it won't seal around the Vaccu Vin pump (the pvc tube inside the Vaccu Vin).
A perfect OD will probably be: 26.5 mm.

I think maybe I could get this to work if I had a heating gun. Or my pvc tubing was simply to stiff and non elastic.

👍 I have an idea. It might not be possible to find the 26.5-27 mm OD dimension when the 1 inch OD (25.4 mm) is seemingly the standard so I think using heavy duty clear tape to wrap around the tubing will give it enough circumference to reach the desired mm diameter. Just one or two layer(s) would probably suffice. I'm going to give it a shot.

I also ordered a heating gun as per your advice. 👍
