hi guys,i just need your opinions,i am doing girth exercise ssj ulis jelq and bathmate for 2 mounths,i wonder if you think my results are permanent i i measure 30 h after PE,my girth was 5.5 i am soo happy,hope its permanent,i will keep this routine i am doing PE about year and a half.jelq and bathmate,now i add ulis ssj clamp.i mesure 2 months before and i was 5.2 inch in girth,i use bathmate after girth workout low pressure for 20 min,no edema

Congratulations on the gain! The gains would be considered permanent after not training for two days then measure to see what has become permanent.

yes the way to make a game permanent is to train 1/4 inch above your goal. So if you want to end up with 6 inches you will want to train up to 6 1/4 inches. The general rule here is that when you settle didn’t you no longer training you will make your goal regardless of temporary changes changes.

Another thing to consider is never stopping PE. Most veterans who have met their goals will do a maintenance routine once per week. Nothing special just a basic run through of the newbie routine. This will not only give you permanence and size it will also keep your penis in very good health.
 
thanks for the answers,sorry just one more question,do you think that jelq is dangerous,and should i warm up before girth workout,i do 5 min warm water and then jelq for 10 min,now people are saying that jelq is dangerous and warm up is bad, Dangerous with no warm up? Been doing that for over 20 years with no issues and better results. Ask yourself this question....do victims of Priapism who suffer painful erections and sport massive size increases perform warmups, helicopter spins, jelqing, stretches, or any other prep beforehand? That would be NO....LOL. Stress + time = growth. The longer you expose human tissue to stress the more cellular division occurs. That's all there is to it. So work smarter not harder and focus on generating safe levels of force on the tissues and ligaments to see continued gains

The jelq is not dangerous but it is not the most profitable girth exercise. The SlowSquashJelq is the most powerful. The only thing that makes this even more powerful is when it’s used in the 5×5×3. I like your thoughts on cellular division, they’re very very true.

You can read about the 5×5×3 in the SRT routine. It gives very specific instructions, simply click on the word SRT.

I remember @acromegaly once said that girth gains are permanent. I thought losses in gains mostly happen with length gains?
