Temp is on a two week ban for not following the rules as set forth by the moderators and myself. I hope our Brother Temp comes back with a different attitude. I almost never ban but when my words go ignored I have to do what I say I will do. This will be the lat chance, after this second ban if he comes back without changing these negative ways the ban will be permanent.
 
Seriously?? Dang, once you get past the blustering bravado, (a feeble alliteration attempt, lol) and obscure obfuscated pop-cultural references, he's got a lot of intelligence to offer. Perhaps a personal plea from you could enlighten him...if you're so inclined and have the patience, that is :)
 
It should never be another person's job to get past blustering bravado. Rather, it's the job of the man in question to mature and relate to people. Now he's got that chance.

DLD didn't do anything wrong, he shouldn't be the one making a plea.

Who knows, maybe for two weeks only old [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] brothers who've been turned off from the forums will reappear for a while.

I have a great deal of love and respect for Temp as he reminds me so much of RedZulu when he first started. Extremely knowledgeable in PE but he came across crass and insulting. Many wanted me to ban Red, they said he was a waste and had no value in the Brotherhood. After many talks and trials Red went on to become one of the biggest legends in this game. I hope Temp can follow in these footsteps as he does have a great deal of knowledge in PE and that coupled with a new attitude towards his fellow Brothers will bring him so much more accolades than the negative he receives. We do not give up on our Brothers here, we will try everything we can to help but when it starts to effect the entire Family I need to make calls. I did warn and if I did not stick to my words what worth do they hold?

I thougth Redzulu and Temp was as much opposite as possible.
 
i hope Temp comes back with good attitude to everyone, he and some guys sould make peace.

Temp was ok after YKM123321 left, i thought so... but clearly not.

I'm not a fan of his either as he's taken unwarranted shots at me more than once. I've always viewed [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] as a place of encouragement and learning until he came along. It's real easy for guys like him to talk tough from behind a computer screen, but in person they're never as brave.
 
I too hope he comes back with a better attitude. I enjoy this site and feel like it is a source of positive energy. I don't come here for negative energy. There are other places online for that. Like 4chan.
 
Ye temp is a cool dude and he knows a lot about PE but he can be a douchebag sometimes :)

"Sometimes", like 98% of the time...
Mostly giving condescending and contradicting statements; I engaged with him 3-times and he was always unfriendly and antagonistic. I chose to ignore him after that, he became a waste of my time.
 
I'm not going to lie. I've seen well thought out comments, and I've seen unintelligible and overly aggressive comments from him. I think this individual has a lot of personal growing up to do, and this takes time. I think given the chance he could, not only grow physically, but mentally and spiritually as well in the brotherhood. I really do hope he see's the brotherhood as a means for positive change in his life; in all fascets.

This is what is coming across from everyone. Temp is in my prayers and I hope the good Lord brings him the peace and serenity to open his mind to being a part of the Brotherhood, not apart!
 
The reason I dont visit other PE forums anymore isnt just because [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] is the place with the most knowledge but also because of the community. This is a brotherhood where people help eachother. The other forums are mostly the oposite. I like giving people second chances but I dont want to see [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] turning into what so many other forums are today.

I think it's hard for DLD to reprimand temple knight because he constantly quotes the bible. Being able to repeat the bible doesn't automatically make u good though.
Hopefully when he comes back he is more grounded and stops attacking everybody. Also I hate when white guys say words like "nigga" it's tacky.
 
Templnite is one of the most knowledgeable people we have on these forums. And he has so much potential.

However we all need to remember that this forum is also for new guys.

Imagine back before you learned PE and you started to study it. And find info. And the first person you talk with starts fronting you.

That my friends. Is a guy who will never look into PE again.

I share DLD's desire to have a forum as open as possible to everyone.

But when 1 person starts to take up space for other people.

A line has to be drawn.

I still believe that Templ can become a great contributor to this forum.

But this is a decision he needs to make himself

Everyone can quote the bible. But that havent even been a subject on this matter. If you find the threads where templ just helps people. He is the guy with the best ability to find old threads on subjects and most point on answers.

We have seen a great potential and an ability to help people all the way through.

But the line has been crossed now and the negative side has to end.

Pardon my french. But it fucking sucks to be mod when people have to get warnings/bans/kicked out.

But you gotta do what you gotta do

Jesus said love one another as I loved you.Templite is a religious guy so i hope he will take this advice from Jesus :) .

Temp does have great knowledge of the Bible but this is not why I care for him or anyone else here. I support every Brother the same and I will put just as much effort into any man who is struggling just as I have with all others in the past.

This is a bummer. Temp has been nothing but helpful to me so far, but I 100% trust DLD to keep the forums a beacon of light in the grimy cesspool that is the Internet

I agree and I hope he returns with a proper attitude and becomes a positive part of the Brotherhood. His knowledge is going to waste being banned.
 
I completely understand BBB taking a hiatus, PE is very difficult and ANY negativity could potentially erode some hard-earned gains or momentum. Personally, I like the challenge and don't accept it as a negative, but I didn't have to continually field unwanted PM's so it's pretty easy for me to say.
I want Beardy back, tho :)

I can't think of what name he was before he created Temp, but that personality got in my nerves much more than his Temp persona does.

Yes, we do have trouble makers once in a great moon but that can not even shadow the good we bring. The ignore list was made for this exact reason. You gotta be tough, strong and thick skinned, the is PE not grade school. If I left [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] every time I was attacked you probably would not see much of me. i hope BBB comes back to, and I am sure he will.
 
I would rather tell some one if they are being an idiot all the time. If a bunch of people say the same thing it just might be true. Anyways hopefully he will come back and just be nice to everybody, no reason to keep rehashing it imo.
 
I can quote religious texts as well as text from ancient Sumer that predate the bible as well as most religious texts by thousands of years. Doesn't give me the right to mock what someone else believes though, then hide behind a "bra", or some self imposed superior status. I still respect others around here.
