Well, brothers. It’s been a very long time since I came back here. I’ve dealt with some very hard life and family issues, along with an injury. (My back!).
I joined back In November 2022. It’s been almost a year, and IF life hadn’t taken a few turns, knowing what I know and the PE journey proof, I’d have met or exceeded my goals. There are many brothers in here that have helped. @DLD,@huge-girth and @squirt_inducer_man to name a few. Encouragement and insight. Which I appreciated then and now. So, with that being said, and the life ordeals worked out, I’m back! I’ll be utilizing some techniques and videos and pics, as I have in the past, for progress and prof positive. I have some ideas on nutrition and routines I will share. And these are JUST my opinions and what Might work for some others. It’s good to be back!!!!!!!
