View media item 1299Just a clip to show the validity of the SSJ. I’m getting technique down, but it truly does balloon the whip. I ensure I am doing both kegel and reverse kegel alternately. I’m shown here above the extreme base, but I try to dig deep down into the base and work both together, slowly to really get that expansion. Yep. It works. Especially during the 5x5x3 routine. And over a month now, and I will tell you that my whip’s veins, all over, are getting more and more pronounced. Like bulging. The lady mentioned that she can really “feel” them inside. For real.
