is this normal? did some stretching for about 25minutes and hanging, after that I checked my penis and noticed there was a swelling under the glans at the right side of the frenulum, it doesn't hurt, I am not sure if its blood or something else. Anyone experienced this?

This is simple fluid retention and it is due to a few reasons. Sometimes people will retain water when hanging and this would indicate that they need to do shorter sets. It may also be a problem with having too much blood above the hanger attachment. Lastly it could be the way you are wrapping. I will check these areas to see if that helps you. If you need any other help just ask.

So would you recommend I continue or do I take some time off?

yes you should go on. The fluid retention should be gone by now and you should be able to do another session. As I said there’s a few things you can do to help prevent this but there’s nothing that should stop you from training. After a session be sure to do some deep tissue massage to work out any fluid that may have built up.

Yeah its gone now so I should get back to working the third leg, I would work on adjusting my wrapping as you suggested.

Things like swelling and bruises are referred to as battle scars in PE. It is almost impossible to avoid them during your PE journey.
