Okay, I'm going to tell myself this is a good question to ask; even though it may be common sense and or easily Google-able, I'll start here with the vets or rookies who may have some insight... SO, when taking supplements, especially related to NO (nitric oxide) and PE expansion; do you benefit by taking them everyday and having them build up in your system OR, do you just use them as needed \ for when you're going to PE? (Or say exercise \ weight train?)
Second, it took some doing with a mirror my cell and some light, (also patience) but while using the X30 last week, I am happy to confirm that I'm about 99% sure I'm maxing out the inside girth wise. That 1% difference is only because I couldn't actually ask anyone to confirm, for obvious reasons. Now with that said however, I'm not maxing out the length of the X30, although I'm solidly above the 7 inch sticker ruler, which is nice of course! So having said all this, time for an upgrade?!

They taste nasty shit! I’ll chew them real quick and swallow them but melting on my tongue, I don’t think I could take that much! LOLIt can depend what you have eaten prior or after the supplementation or during.
If possible, between meals to relatively empty stomach would be my bet for best effect. Don't have too fatty foods or a heavy meal before a workout, afterwards just binge. ;-D No, not really, but certain supplements do work their magic better on emptier stomach, as in not much else to process than the supplement.
Personally I use Sildenafil from time to time and just let the pill dissolve under my tongue. The taste surely isn't great, but that way it's in my bloodstream faster than compared to swallowing it.

Yeah, I know. :-D I guess I'm a masochist in a way. During my life I've tasted things that have tasted worse than Sildenafil under my tongue. Certain drinks for example or certain supplements. I've even had some green juices etc., and my recall on those taste memories, blech!
Anyhow, chewing and swallowing is pretty good, as it'll be in smaller size when it hits and might dissolve faster. All in all, it's about the timing. If one has had a large fatty meal and then takes the pill, it won't act as fast. I think I've always taken my pill two-three hours after a meal and had something to eat hour to two later, depending on the time of the day of course.
@doublelongdaddy - Done and done! I'll do that before the X30 and my manuals. Now to be safe, as always, because sometimes I find too much information online... Simply grab and hold underneath of the glans and like you said, pull all the way to the left and then to the right for 2.5 minutes each? Thanks again!
That is a regular stretch for bundle you need to grab under the glans and twist the penis 2-3 times( more the better) and hold penis "bundled" as long as comfortable. Very good to loosen the tunica as dld said
