I will rephrase it. Feels like it's pulling on my rectum when stretching the penis. Never used to feel it but as I have been moving up the rods and screws now it's at the point it feels like as described
Usually it kinda hurts but it feels good at the same time, but theres sometimes where it just kinda hurts for me.
I would release some tension,not all, but some depending on the pain.
Not sure if this could mean faster gains, it’s pretty far down thou, avoid any type of EXCESSIVE FORCE.
It’s to close the pelvic muscles, could create hard flaccid and pelvic issues are the worst.
I suppose its beneficial if you already maxed out your more outer tissues, and those already are fully and permanently stretched. Just then I would suppose pullung so far down would be beneficial.
But dont take my word on that, cause I dont have much experience on that I’ve focus on my side ligaments.
But something I’ve learned is that once you stretch a tissues the majority of the time and neglect others, by default every time in future trainings, the tissue that has been the most stretched would take over the stretch, and the rest of the tissues would be bypassed.
What I’m saying is that imagine that you successfully stretch and dominate your anus dick tissue, and every time you pull is just obediently stretched out effortlessly.
And let’s say that later on you wanna stretch your side ligaments, or your actual dick, but you couldn’t cause automatically your anus dick would react first and bypass wherever you wanna stretch.
That’s what happened to me.
I focus stretching so much with my dominant hand cause it was easier, had a better and stronger grip.
Resulted in my left side ligaments to stretch out effortlessly,
but on the other side I STRUGGLE.
And trust me I spend hours and hours making the right side catch up to the left, and I’m getting close, but it’s double the work

And as I said earlier, I don’t know if you have maxed out your outer tissues, (Side ligaments would easily give you 3-5 extra cm’s)
If you haven’t, then focus on those, don't leave gains on the table haha.
Now if you can’t actually help it and it just naturally happens.
I would start working on dual fulcrums, ASAP, to actually let my dick know to first work on the outside and ligaments that will release cm’s of inner penis.
