Stretch marks after intense stretching session....

I would say yes, this means you've gotten some great expansion. However it would be good to use some cocoa butter on that so it doesn't end up looking messed up with too many stretch marks. But I was kinda proud of my stretch marks when I first started PE cause that helped me know it was working. Good luck brother
 
Stretch marks are unavoidable in PE, some get very light, almost invisible lines while some get more striking marks. Using a good cream after will help in preventing and cleaning up what you may have now. I use Hydrocortisone but there are other options like cocoa butter as waking dream suggested.

The more solutions the better. Some methods work for some but not others, like wrapping, so the more methods the better.
