Still waiting for my cylinder

So I ordered the Mighty vac back in November. Read a thread about sizing, while I was waiting for it. I realized I should of ordered a different size, so I paid a discounted fee for a new one. They took the money from my checking account, but I never received the new cylinder. As you can imagine I'm quite disappointed. It's now been probably close to a month, and haven't been able to use what I paid for. Very frustrated. I've spent a lot of money with this company, but now I'm starting to wonder why. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please stand by brother. DLD will contact the store's crew to take care of the issue for you. Weather and postal issues in their areas tend to delay things quite often, especially as we enter into the regional winter season.

Thanks for the response, once again. I just don't get it. No customer service? I also didn't get my 3 free silli sleeves for ordering over $100 worth of merchandise. Maybe they don't realize how much I've spent here, because I had to use a new username.

DLD and his service crew will get it all sorted out. Unfortunately, I'm just an advisor that is far, far, far away from the MoS Shop center.

I sent it to you a couple of times. Then someone else was going to take care of it. Then you were going to take care of it, again. Then I was going to hear from someone else, again. I don't understand what is going on. We were talking via your email, as well.
