I use the still on system during the day, I am circumcised, using red band , but man it makes the shaft sore after wearing it for some time. What is a good wrap to use to put band over? Then i pump at night with the bathe Mate Hercules wide boy. Then do reverse edging for girth wear cock ring for little while to hold the girth before bed. Then in morning put cock ring on for 30 min then use still on system thru out the day then put cock ring on.

What is still on system? For girth, you want to make sure you are doing the 5x5x3 routine. Wear your cock ring for 1 hour once you are done with your session.
So you do 3 sets each thing for 5 min. Cock ring for a hour. How about for next day during the day wear cock ring on and off ?
You can use vacuum cup stretcher its more comfortable
