Still going. direction needed

After a few years on / off PE here is where we are at. I forget actual measurements but they are documented here somewhere, started at 6ish now close to 7. Significantly thicker. Bath mate, electric pump, cock rings, MOS Sleeve, supplements, gym , healthy diet etc.

Would like some direction from real verified members with good gains. What's next?

congratulations on the growth you made it would be nice to know how much exactly but at least you know you have grown. From this point forward please keep very accurate measurements. I would like to see you first start a progress thread where you can lay out your measurements, exercises, routines, pictures, videos or any other information pertinent to your routine.

The next step would be a routine that works for your schedule. I highly recommend reading through SRT to get a good idea of what you want to do. Create a loose idea for a workout and I can help you finalize it. Between the SRT routine and the newbie routine you should be able to come up with something incredible. Or if you want you can go for the full SRT workout which would be the fastest route to gains.
