Still getting no help from MOS

I posted a topic here last week about how I have been trying through e-mail and phone to get a hold of someone at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] to get me my user and pass for the lifetime account I bought some time ago. I was told to PM DLD. I did so and a day later DLD posted in the topic to PM him. I informed in the topic that I had, the next day the topic was GONE. I pmed again and still have not heard a peep out. I understand DLDs explanation that e-mail gets put in spam folders and what not but this is now two pms and my topic is gone. Please help me.
