Guys, when i go for a 20 min session on the stationary cycle afterwards i experience some fairly bad pins and needles/numbness/aching in the inner thighs and groin. I'm aware that cyclists will often suffer from body parts going to sleep, but am surprised I am getting this in my home gym!
Anyone experienced this or have any ideas? I'm sure its probably my posture or something...?
