Static Stretcher vs ViMax Extender

So, I really can't decide which system I should go with. I've narrowed it down to these two. Please help me choose

I wish I have had the opportunity to try the Static Stretcher but I have not. The VIMAX is an incredible piece of equipment. It gives a solid supplementation to Penis Enlargement that I find priceless. If the Static Stretcher gives as much of a benefit to manual efforts than the choice is a personal one. The VIMAX is very cheap on this forum but I have no clue what a Static Stretcher costs.
