Good evening brothers,

So i never looked into this aspect of PE, which is supplementing.

To give you some infos about me, im 27 years old, 5.9 tall 145 lbs, and virtually 0 fats ( i can't stay in the water for more than 10 min without freezing cold).

I was on some antidepressants 5 months ago and now im off them.

Praise to God i don't have any health issue.

Last testo check was around 860 ng.

My sleep schedule is messed up a bit and i don't have consistency when it comes to my sleeping hours nor my meals, i'll try to work on them.

What do you suggest as supplements or any helping addition?

Well, fatten up brother! 13% body fat is the most optimal for all health purposes. You will understand why the moment you hit 35.

Great to hear. Whatever the root of the depression, we'll hear you out and give you proper life advice based on our life experiences. This brotherhood is not just about PE.

To focus on sleep, higher concentration of natural melatonin is a good start. Do a bit of research on what resources near you for the melatonin. Aside from that, eat food rich with magnesium, L-theanine, glycine, GABA, herbals like ginkgo biloba, valerian root, lavender tea, or just straight up natural sedative from herbal blends. Do not depend on pharma-grade drugs. Make sure to set a good sleeping pattern as well to reach at least one REM pattern.

1- Will try to eat more and healthier.
2- Family problems were a big cause, since living alone the weight was greatly alleviated, i still have some minor problems and now its easier to tackle them
4- I believe its 860 ng per dl, to be exact.

on in right now, natural is better if im understanding correctly
While researching i also found that L-citruline is good for blood flow ? do i add this as well to the mix?

This is still great for a total testo load. It's preferred to be at 1100ng/dL, but where you are now, it's still wonderful at your age. I'm currently at 925ng/dL without any medication. The doctors I'm talking to are following the same PE regiments to get similar testo equivalent without meds as they are suffering at the 450ng/dL.

While researching i also found that L-citruline is good for blood flow ? do i add this as well to the mix?
If you are L-citruline, not as effective as L-citruline malate for faster absorption (sour though), make sure to have around 3000IU to 3500IU total intake of D3 in the vitamin total loading. Give a 2 days break of Vit D3 ever 3 days, or simply follow the same break pattern as your PE routine. Day when you do PE, use L-citruline + Vit D3. On days off, stop using it.

It will boost your restoration and regeneration rate during day of PE, while using reserve while days you're not. You'll be growing quite a bit of a squirter soon.

Great then, to note that the days i did the lab test were at my lowest ( hair growth slowed due to stress ans depression back then ) and i was fasting.
Im amazed by your levels, God bless.
I Will follow this regiment. Restoration will play a big role + more food intake.
