Good evening brothers,
So i never looked into this aspect of PE, which is supplementing.
To give you some infos about me, im 27 years old, 5.9 tall 145 lbs, and virtually 0 fats ( i can't stay in the water for more than 10 min without freezing cold).
I was on some antidepressants 5 months ago and now im off them.
Praise to God i don't have any health issue.
Last testo check was around 860 ng.
My sleep schedule is messed up a bit and i don't have consistency when it comes to my sleeping hours nor my meals, i'll try to work on them.
What do you suggest as supplements or any helping addition?
