SSJs vs Compression Squeezes

Lately, I'm fully sold on SSJs or comp Squeezes in conjunction with pumping. It's the only way to go for me. But, @DLD are both excersise about the same results? Reason I ask, SSJs I tend to lose my erection fast with them and then have to get hard again. With compression squeezes I can more easily get that exercise in for 30 seconds at a time. With SSJs it tends to be harder to get 30 seconds in.
So, are compression squeezes just as good as SSJ's? I hope they are, because compression squeezes are just easier for me, I vastly prefer compression squeezes, forsake of ease.

The SlowSquashJelq and the Isolated Compression Squeeses are the same exercise. I renamed them SlowSquashJelqs back in 2005.
