Specify Excercises for Low Lot

Hey guys,

Tried the search button but it gives me an error ?:(

Could someone specify which exercises could be used by someone having a LOW LOT OF 6

Kinda sad by knowing that i am new to all this and have the LOWEST LOT possible ... but wont give up hope :)
