Steak and Fish are the two i am eating uncooked right now. Fish has to be Sushi grade or frozen while at sea in order to prevent any nasties from getting to it.
Raw steak basted with a little olive oil and pepper is fantastic over a salad. It increases your test something fierce IMO.
I agree i love bodyweight work. I recently started doing weighted pushups to increase their effectiveness while taking the repetetive strain off my joints. I did 3 sets of 10 with 75lbs of extra
weight on my chest last night and it was tough.
