Nope, a guy named Anthony Bova wrote this one a little while back. I saw the bodyweight 500, i am going to give it a shot after a bit, right now its been too long to attempt it without hurting for a few days afterwards.

I know whT YOU MEAN Tht is one fuckin tough ass workout. They have a body weight 100 then I think 300 then the 500. I love body weight stuff IMO body weight exercises are the best thing a person can do for overall conditioning.

You said raw meat? What type of raw meat is best for eating?? I love rare. very rare steak, I think I would love that raw meat shit!

Steak and Fish are the two i am eating uncooked right now. Fish has to be Sushi grade or frozen while at sea in order to prevent any nasties from getting to it.

Raw steak basted with a little olive oil and pepper is fantastic over a salad. It increases your test something fierce IMO.

I agree i love bodyweight work. I recently started doing weighted pushups to increase their effectiveness while taking the repetetive strain off my joints. I did 3 sets of 10 with 75lbs of extra weight on my chest last night and it was tough.

Have you ever tried a weighted vest? Or a backpack with weights in it to assist in training? I like the backpack for push ups, pull ups, squats ect. The weighted vest is perfect for wind sprints, squat thrusts, donkey kicks and others.

Thanks for the tip on the raw meat I will give that a go, but me being me I just might get me a poterhouse steak and eat that bitch raw! Olive oil and pepper sound great! Throw in a spinach salad and some cheese and dressing awe man thanks for the idea!

Sorry to burst any bubbles out there guys but i gotta say this:

be very cautious with uncooked meals these days, the cooking part destroys many nutrients in there but NOT all of them, besides the cooking KILLS many many patogens ( germs, microbes, viruses, bacteria. etc ) and nullifies many "additives" that find their way into fast-grown cattle like hormones and such ( the hormone part could be debated but keep it on the safe side ).

Fish also goes through the same with cooking but you really should read up on raw food eating and all of it's "troubles". Also their is a huge amount of mercury in fish these days.

AVOID MERCURY AT ALL COSTS !!! ( again, read up on it )

Please do not start eating raw food before you actually understand what comes with that territory. you could get hurt ( healthwise ).

Peace

Mike

No bursting bubbles here Mike you have a good point.

There are inherent risks with eating the raw food no doubt about it. I am buying my meat from a local butcher shop that gets livestock literally on the other side of the street. Now that doesn't mean that it is all good and not dangerous but the livestock is raised in good standards and it is not a corporate chain where they are not allowed to move around and are unhealthy.

I agree with the fish statement entirely. Same dangers apply as with the beef. Some of the deep sea fish are less in mercury content but it is still present and mercury is highly dangerous to the human body.

It really boils down to the individual and your own risk tolerance. The benefits are many as are the dangers but that is the same on the other side of the ball as well.

The bonus of the raw is that amount of veggies and fruits you take in, it is based on a 75/25 the higher being to fruits and vegetables and the latter your animal fats and proteins, you can go 50/50 all sorts. With the low levels of raw animal taken in you can once again adjust to the bacteria, but jumping in all at once, it would be wiser to nail ones nutsack to the carpet and wait out the starvation instead of the hell that would come from that.

Yes bro, please whatever diets you experiment with just keep it on the safe side mate...

Go slow, adapt, reap the benefits of informed decision.

Peace

Mike

Going well. Had to readjust the amount of fruit as winters in the midwest spike the price of fruit.

I have people telling me that i look leaner and healthier than before, and this was when i was riding my bike to work 30+ miles a day.

Workouts are still through the roof and showing no signs of slowing. Finally getting used to the added aggression that all the raw red meat gives as well.
