But I have noticed that there’s a lot of older threads that are being resurrected, with users who are no longer active. So you guys have been around for a while did something happen to this board? Did ownership change hands or was there a big falling out do enough people either lose motivation, or have an injury? Where are all these old members? Or are enough people unsuccessful with no gains they just lose interest? Or did they reach their gains and then just no longer need to talk about it?

I can add something to this.
Some members leave, and when they do they try to remove as much data as possible. Some members give up. Recently there was a member that removed his progress thread when he left for good, even when there was really good information in that thread. Kinda selfish I believe.

I also heard about a member that tried to remove his videos after he was done with PE. But they where re-uploaded because there are backups of the data. I can imagine many members stop signing in, when they have reach their goal, and life gets in the way of the brotherhood. Maybe a family? Other things to focus on in life?

But my personal belief, is that you should add more to the brotherhood then you get out of it. If everyone left when they where done, doublelongdaddy would be alone in this brotherhood with only new members. That would be sad.

There are also members that have asked about removing their account after they have reach their goal, or other reasons. But the forum platform do not allow this. If you join and contribute to this brotherhood all your information and data should stay. All information will make this brotherhood stronger and develop it even further. The knowledge base will grow.

A tiny amount of information can spark an idea, and it may change everything.

I base all this information from being here for some time, and I have read many threads.

just to piggy-back on Squirt's post, responding to a 10 year old thread could help in a couple of ways...one, someone other than the OP could have a similar issue....and, two technology and knowledge/experience may have evolved beyond what was provided at that time.

Just my $0.02, but I figure any/all activity information to be of value...maybe not now but possibly in the future

I have learned a lot of information from when old threads have been Bumped. Nothing wrong with answering on old thread.

Time changes and the knowledge have evolved. I even went back on one of my first posts about Bathmate pumps in order to add information, because my knowledge base was deeper then when I joined this forum.

The main reason for bumping the old threads is to bring back old members.

I'm stil here ,joined 2003 (not 2004 as states) lost a lot of my post count but enjoy place and still plug place on discord to bring new members in

I wish I had found it in 2003. I bought a pump back in the late 90’s but didn’t have any understanding at all. Tried it a couple of times and noticed nothing….plus it didn’t “feel” good. If I only know. I would be 29 inches long a a volleyball around….lol
