Got a sizegenetics, and was wondering how much should I be stretching past my erect length to gain? Should I measure bpel or just erect length? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys
You always want to get into your SizeGenetics and set the tension a bit longer than you flaccid stretches bone pressed length. With measuring you should be taking measurements of everything to make sure what your size is now so you know what your gains will be later. Here is the official measuring page

Stretched maximum flaccid length and minus 16 of inches. Example....my max streched 7.3- 1.6= 5.8".
On sizegen. 3.6+1.6+0.2+0.2=5.8 flaccid.
The larger ods=1.6"
Medium rods=0.8"
Small rods=0.2"

Exactly. When actively gaining you want to get as far past erect size as possible in a flaccid stretch. When passively healing it can be turned down a bit in intensity.
