That looks right. I would also add some sticky rubber on the inside of that strap right where it connects with the top area of the shaft. This will increase grip 10x and eliminate any chance of slippage and allow you to use less tightness which will translate into higher comfort and longer sessions. I can wear mine for 2h straight at 1500g with no discomfort whatsoever.
