Size genetics trouble shooting

Hey my first attempt at experimenting with the size genetics was post manual jelq with a lotion.

I have been having trouble with the comfort strap slipping off and losing traction. How can I avoid this? I tried cranking down the strap as tight as possible. I’m going to try cleaning strap and applying baby powder before next trial. I should be getting sili sleeves and rings in mail tomorrow and I hope that increases my bite.

I know it’s recommended to use hydrocortisone post PE exercise but idk how to follow this recommendation without making use of ADS more challenging...

The most important thing you can do right now that will save you so much stress and give you so much comfort is getting yourself a VLC. This connection is the most comfortable and will never slip. It’s easy on an easy off. Hydrocortisone should not be used until after you have trained. It should never be used during training
 
Yes, I've heard of VLC. Is that different from the VLC tugger? I will have to look into this further. Ok Ihad been using hydrocortozone after stretching and jelqing and was considering using the SG as healing in extension rather than training, but you have changed my outlook.

Yes we’re talking about the same device. The VLC is the best way to connect with SizeGenetics to your penis. The link should bring you right to there page with our special. The best thing to happen to the SG since it’s come out.
 
Rough second-day using size genetics: arm collapsed and the spring shot out one of the arms. Recovered the spring. However, the nut that compresses that spring was projected and lost. Size genetics rep stated that an entire replacement arm would need to be purchased to replace the small nut on the end. Does anyone know of anywhere that sells small parts that would work for this purpose? I'd prefer to not spend $50 on an entire replacement arm.

The non circled arm was trouble shot already. Once I I realized it collapsed and telescoped it back out to its full size I stuck it in the case so I did not lose it.

TBH I am really disappointed that I did not find this page before ordering SG from the manufacturer. I would have switched to a length master rather than spending $263.95 on a extender that I have only been able to wear for 40 min for my longest clip because I did not realize that I did not have the correct attachment.

If you purchase this through the brotherhood they need to replace your arm for free, it’s in the warranty. If you bought it here and they’re not honoring the warranty let me know and I’ll make sure you get what you deserve.

Yes always buy through the brotherhood and you will always be safe. I would definitely order the VLC as it will make the sizegenetics so much better, useful, comfortable and extremely quick on and off for bathroom breaks. It is so worth the investment.
 
Yes! I plan on ordering thru size genetics for all PE going forward. I ordered the VLC; Thanx for the tip! They have excellent and quick customer service at TLCtugger.com.

Urgency during bathroom breaks is def a concern of mine using an extender.

PS. How much PE is too much? I have been noticing bruising (this resolves by the next day) but I have noticed that I have started to develop a laceration from friction using my power j gym too frequently and for too long periods. I started scaling back on its use and substituting in more manual Jelqing while this small area heals. I switched back for a 20 min session after a rest day and that inflamed this area. I’m awaiting my replacement size genetics arm and I should be getting my SiliSleeves any day now. I’m making sure to use hydrocortisone after a PE session. Would you recommend scaling down to one PE session daily? Only perform manual stretches while healing? I do not want to lose my progress or momentum thus far.

I understand this is a long term program and I will see much better results if I’m healed and can exercise to the fullest potential. I will be more comfortable scaling back once I am using an my all day stretcher or a sleeve to heal tissues in an extended state. As of right now I am relying on manual exercises and prefer to to see myself in an enlarged state.

Hydrocortisone can help. Other thing is Hirudoid Forte, a hirudin product. As long as your skin isn't broken, it can be used on the shaft of the penis. Not on glans though. It has helped be several times when I've had some bruising. Arnica creams, maybe, that's other product for bruising. I can't recall a supplement that was good against bruising, I would consider something that does good for blood flow. (Cayanne pepper extract could be one those.)

Keep the momemtum going on and also your head in the game. While I have breaks here and then (like right now ;) ) I keep reading the forums, re-reading certain exercises and participating when I can.

I've been able to remove the Silistretcher quite quickly, regarding bathroom breaks that is. Practise makes great. I would assume, considering what DLD wrote, that with the VLC things can be great with the Sizegenetics as well.

Excellent advice! The VLC is necessary if you’re using the sizegenetics or any other traction extender. The VLC attachment makes it so comfortable and quick on and off. The SiliStretcher is a much better choice in my opinion but you already have the sizegenetics so let’s make that work. With the extra money you could put it towards the Mityvac or the Lengthmaster.

Thank you for your awesome insight! VLC came today. Took a bit of problem solving but it wears beautifully! I am testing it out with the tug knee- strap the kit came with, but I can see myself wearing my size genetics all day every day without any concerns once that replacement piece comes in (hoping tomorrow).

I knew you would love it and I knew it would change everything and I’m so glad it did! From this point forward it will be comfortable and effortless. I wish more people would see this modification because it will get so much more use out of there SG.

My dvd for the SG got lost or did not come with it. Is there a benefit to starting slow 1 hr, 2 hr. 4hr then up to 6/8/10+ ect? My total time today so far is close to 4 hrs SG last night, 4 hours elastic strap and VLC at work, and 4 so far tonight with the SG again and I was planning to continue off and on up until bedtime. Reviews online recommended a MINUMUM OF 6 HOURS DAILY, but should I just jump right into that?

I would say jump right into it, there really is no minimum or maximum on how long we stretch the longer you stretch the better. So getting six hours out of your SG is awesome. I would do it in six sets of one hour giving yourself a break to recirculate but other than that go for it.
 
Ok perfect! I lost count of the number of hour sets I got in so far today. I probably have the length greater than I should and I cant start to definitely feel the stretch (say 25- 40 minutes into the hour I start to feel an intense stretch/ burn on the underside of my shaft about 1- 2 inches from the base and the last 10 minutes have been intense the last set or 2). Because of this variance in perceived stress, I hypothesize sessions should stretch to at least 45 minutes?

I lost count today of the 1 hour stretches I got in, but I probably came close to 8 hours total. I am more confident that I could wear this set- up on and off for a couple of hours during my workday now.

Today, after deadlifts I wanted to experiment with wearing the size genetics to see how well it held up during moderate to intense activity...No concerns! Understandably, the session was not as intense as it typically would have been if I was lifting with my traditional lifting partner, but I was able to match all of my heavy shoulder and arm exercises with only a slight reminder that I was wearing something set to stretch my flaccid length to almost the same length as my erect measurement taken a couple of weeks ago (hard to estimate exact glans tip with the vlc). I think the recommendations with the SG is 1 cm shy of typical flaccid state, however, I figure that if can tolerate a more intense stretch it will only benefit me to a greater extent. Again to be prepared, where could I order additional extension rods for the SG other than the main site? I'd rather benefit the brotherhood that has provided me with this excellent guidance. Using the wire hook to attach the vlc, I lose approximately 2 inches of distance to the front of the extender.

I noticed today that I’m having small cuts around my foreskin (where the VLC provides pressure). How should I proceed? Is the a sign of too much force (I have it applying a ton of pressure for an hour at a time). I’ll take as little as a 10-20 min circulation break and strap back in for another hour if I’m going to be having to stay up past my preferred bedtime.

Should I decrease tension/ decrease intervals to 45 min but still add up to 6 hours? I can send pics but I’m sure you get the idea.
 
It sounds like he might be using too much pressure so I’ll back off a little bit. You can also reduce the time of the sets and add more in. I would say your break in between sets is too long, I will go with five minutes of deep tissue massage and then start another set. It sounds like you just need to find Your sweet spot between time intensity.
 
Ok that sounds good to me! I’ll search on the MOS page for deep tissue massage examples. I’ve seen you recommend them in the past, I have been making sure to with hold any lotions from the tip of my penis especially. I still experience slippage with the TLC if i am not dry and 100 % clean

The only time a lotion should be used is after you have finished your entire routine for the day and that lotion is hydrocortisone. When I say deep tissue massage It is not in any reference to a particular routine but simply massaging your flaccid penis between your four finger and your thumb, deep gentle massage. Be creative!
 
This will be my 1st public photo I’ve posted (excuse lack of man- scaping). Not because I’m enthused with my progress thus far, but looking for answers. I’ve run into a lot of problems with my size genetics already.

Trying to figure out the reason the turn screws are so lop sides. I’ve always had a tendency to lean left ward, so I’m wondering if imbalance is the culprit. I’ve also dropped it a couple times and the Right arm has been reassembled after losing the screw cap on end. One of the springs popped out at one point and I thought I put it back together correctly, but I’m concerned.

I reread the instructions and have been attempting to increase tension to 2,000 grams. This picture will show I’m at about 1,200, but I can’t turn the turn screw any further without the arm disconnecting.

If I continue to wear at this tension, will I balance out over time? I’m at my last possible bar option before upgrading to the longer bar. Thinking about ordering another bar set soon (1 to give more intermediate bar options and to extend beyond initial bar set. With VLC tugger, I lose about 2” of bar length.

(I have extra parts and will experiment with swapping out the left spring to see if that could have something to do with it). The right arm seems to be working well. It’s the left that I’m having trouble with.
 
Your penis appears to be slightly lopsided to the left but this will even out very quickly as you continuously wear your SG. It appears by the photo that you’re doing this correctly. If you want to try to even it out quicker you can give more attention to the side that’s leaning and this will correct things even faster. But in general the small things that we noticed usually balance out as we continue our training.

I worked an early and long day today so my time is limited in the SG today (4:01 hours and planning on at least 3-4 more tonight) on top of basic stretching and Jelqs (already did kegals in car on way to work after 1 hour SG upon waking).

I did not do girth work this morning. I did it in the middle of my day yesterday (maybe 4 hours of SG prior to 5X5X3 then 3-4 hours after. I tend to wait until later (because I ran into the residual lube problems and slippage).

The right side seems like it requires more expansion to me (originally I thought it was ligament imbalance, but you’re the expert). Now I’m thinking it’s in the

You want to favor the side that is short. If you’re leaning to the left it means the right side is too long so you need to leave it to the left and vice versa. I hope that makes sense
 
However the previous 23 hours I was getting used to VLC and SG (wear, activity level in it, etc.)

I read the Manual again prior to 2 hours of use before bed and realized that I was not using correctly and with prescribed tension. I am logging hours in and tracking progress now to compare to 10% increase with 400 hours use and 30% with 1,200.

However, as I’m getting used to ADS I’ve noticed that if I do multiple 1 hour intervals (with a 5 min break: just long enough to regain blood supply and deep tissue massage) the stretching pain is much more intense. That ‘pain’ comes on much faster with each consecutive set and intensifies. Usually, I can complete 2 one hour sessions pretty comfortably, but if my schedule gets hectic and I have to complete the remaining sessions consecutively it can be brutal. I know I’m still getting used to this process and I’m sure my body will adjust, but on days when I free how should I organize these sessions?

If the perceived stress is greater with consecutive sets does that mean they are more effective (due to fatigue) or should I break the sessions up into 2 hour blocks (wearing silli sleeve in btw)?

I also ordered the SRT package. How would I integrate the size genetics into that program? (Minimum of 6 hours on top of the SRT protocol?)

I saw that you ordered the package but then it was kicked back, he should go back and try to order again as your order did not go through. But I’m glad that you see how much money you can save by going for the SRT bundle package.

With your SG things will be uncomfortable in the first few months as you get through what you’re going through. Eventually the penis becomes accustomed to what’s happening in the pain won’t be as bad. But you’re on the right track by chasing fatigue with additional exercise. Very wise way to do this is using the DLD reverse pyramid methodology. Or if you really want to go hard-core you can go with the DLD triangle pyramid methodology. Both of these routine this can be found in the length portion of SRT. Also understand this is methodology which can be applied to any type of stretching.
