I believe the Ball & Lig Stretch (🔗 Video 02) I do now, will also benefit me when I start to use a pump in my girthwork routine. My theory is that my balls will stay outside of the pump more easily.
I think you’ll be just fine, even without the ball stretching, as I’ve only experienced a very few times my balls going into the pump.
And the pump I’ve got is a lil bit too wide for me which makes the lightlyhood of my balls getting sucked in even bigger.

NOT saying you shouldn’t do the ball stretches though, will incorporate them into my routine too.

It worked before. But I believe it will work better with low hanging balls. 😊
 
To be honest I do not get the balls & lig stretch.

Why isn't this one just a 'weak' (compared to other more intense stretches) hand stretch? + some stretching of the ball sacks skin.

I can't figure out the special thing about this one.
The hand stretch portion of it OK, but then again just a 'weak' hand stretch, to me.
The balls stretch portion of it, yeah, if you want a longer ball sack? I sure as hell wouldn't want that in any case.

What's the magic behind it guys, why would this one really improve your flaccid in some spectacular way? I just don't get it... What have I missed
 
It is simple, pull-down your scrotum while you're stretching your c*** up, wise.

A more hanging balls will allow the penis to also hang longer. Believe me, you will truly benefit you in erect and flaccid

OK that makes more sense to me, you're lowering the exit point of your whole junk to some degree?

The only thing that for me personally, I wouldn't want a longer/bigger scrotum I don't think it looks good and that shit comes naturally with age. Kinda associate it with old saggy men, and wouldn't want to end up with an EXTRA big scrotum with age 🤣

If that makes sense... maybe I'm not correct with that analysis?

@MosMaster I have already starting to see the benefits of this, just with a couple of weeks of 20 min Ball & Lig Stretch per day (2 days on, 1 day off). My penis hang more massive in flaccid, and looks bigger in erected state. Just this little time have made a big difference.

... and it's also easier to wrap it for the lengthmaster after these stretches. I can flap my balls to the
thighs as well.

Hmm, okay I'll take your guys word for it @squirt_inducer_man and @DLD .

I'm still a little hesitant however to make my scrotum bigger....
 
Makes sense but doing the exercise will increase length so much faster
I will of course continue to do Lig & Ball Stretch, since they are working for me.

With: Leg & Ball stretch.
I believe that your penis also gets more skin in order to grow into a natural beautiful looking creation (no one will ever know, I wasn't born with this length). Also my theory is that the scrotum will have enough of skin in order to not shrink up/be compressed together. Because if your penis grows in length, it will "take" skin from the scrotum in order to grow. With Leg & Ball stretch you will even out the overall penis skin so it will look natural.

Sometimes in adult entertainment I see this look. The penis is long, but it got no symmetry in relation to the scrotum. In erect state the balls are compressed and pushed forward. I don't l think this looks natural or good. I believe this is happening because the balls have no skin left, due to PE lengthwork. And the skin are being stretches to much in an erected state, so oit pushes the balls forward and up.

I believe these man have done some kind of PE (lengthwork) and completely forgot the Ball & Lig Stretch.

DLD already answered it though must say I concur as a guy that got a bit tight scrotum after having gone through testicular cancer surgery, removed one nut and the way they sowed me togheter made my scrotum tighter.

So, yes, I’ll be doing those stretches for lower hanging nuts(got one fake silicon nut as well) and if it also makes my penis hang any lower as DLD says that’ll be a good bonus.

YES, I believe you kinda need to stretch the skin that way as well as to make room for new penile growth.

To me ball stretching has always made sense, since I first heard about it years ago. Definitely implementing the ball stretches as well, just gotta start doing them which I think I will when I receive my lengthmaster as the routine I’m doing now takes 3 hours.

A constant heat source that are applying heat during the Ball & Lig Stretch session will help you.

Luckily enough I got my Beurer Infrared lamp, think I might just try out the ball stretches when I do my routine a little later.
Just start off with 10 minutes.

Btw how long do you hold each stretch for, or do I need a set time at all for the different angels/directions?

If I have gained so much faster then most people, there must be a reason for that. And according to the FAQ VIDEOS here on MOS, it's not due to my genetics. It's due to the program structure. I can't be selfish I need to share everything.

Sooo glad you don’t care about it, nothing to be ashamed off anyways as you’re really do help A LOT.

Hence me now following your instructions as I really recognize you’ve gained above and beyond what to expect in such a short time. So glad I’m intelligent enough and willing to learn enough to follow in your path.

Feels like the stretching have become more mechanical for me, and I'm just going through the motions now, when I need to be more outside of my home.

Stretching as effective as possible to save time. I feel this way is better. I have more time to other things in my life.
Doesn't matter how I feel, I just do it. Even if it means waking up at 04:00 am.

I have discovered that loose underwear are a must for me (so lose it's like not having any).
I need underwear at work (can't be without them, due to hygienic reasons = sharing work pants).

I don't even have underwear on, I use workout shorts as underwear now. It's so much more comfortable with my current elongation wrap. My goal is to find some loose underwear. During work my penis hangs good and low, even when I sit on the toilet and are urinating (without: the penis elongation wrap). This is the way to do things. My penis hangs low even when I run around all day long.

The last pairs of underwear I got was way to tight, I can never use them.

Can't understand why it's so hard to find loose underwear nowdays?
 
I need underwear since I share work pants (they are washed) with co-workers. But wearing workout shorts as underwear are working out great. It's like going commando.
Go up a underwear size, like I find size M underwear to be too tight but with size L it feels so much better and let’s my penis hang more without totally compressing it.

Sometimes, as already mentioned here, I just go commando too.

4XL it will be. I have less muscle mass now so it's much easier to find clothes that fit me.
But underwear and pants are still the hardest thing to get to fit on my body. I want everything loose around my penis area.

Finnished with my last session for today. Evening work today, got off 21:15 (CEST). Did my first BTC Bundled stretching session in the morning before work. Then I got to work, and did what I was supposed to do there... then walked home, and did my last session. Oh man. My co-workers that shift are so boring. They can't keep a conversation, they just look at their stupid smartphone as soon as we have a short break.

Up tomorrow at 04:30 to get to work...the process repeats itself. Sitting with MOS-RED now. Then sleeping.

You have to agree that this sounds fun. I have come to the point, that I do not care about the hard grind, as long as I get to 9 BPEL before this year ends. Also my penis are looking fatter and fatter. I will not measure girth (EG) NOW. Most days it's fun with PE.

I have a perfect program, and I know what to do.
I have already reached my goal in my mind.

LENGTHMASTER 3 is a gymnastic device, and your body will become strong like an ox. Especially when you progress to 5 minute holds for every stretch.

Never thought about it that way before, though must admit that holding those 1 min stretches with just my hands actually is kinda heavy to do. Can’t even imagine how heavy 5 min hold ones with the lengthmaster will be.

@squirt_inducer_man, should I do like you do and just focus on length first? Or keep doing it the way I’m doing now combining length and girth work? It kinda makes sense in my head to focus on length first.
If you have no time to do lengthwork and girthwork simultaneously, or if you get to much skin soreness from doing both, so your lengthwork gets compromised, I would only focus on lengthwork first.

By the way: The reason I'm only doing lengthwork now is due to limited time and due to the skin soreness (also: I'm near my girth goal of EG: 6").
I don't think I could do both and keep the intensity at this level I'm at now (With: BTC Bundled Stretches with LM3). That would not be possible for me. You will gain girth with LENGTHMASTER 3 as well.
