Sillistreacher injury

Hi Brothers

Not sure if this was the correct area to post

Need some advise.

I started using sillistreacher several weeks ago, bought the 1.25 & 1.5. I thought I’d start with the 1.25 device. After wearing it for 5 hours I took it off and noticed a water blister on my glans the size of a button. Freaked me out. I decided to take a break and about 3 weeks after I decided to start using it again. I just used it for one hour and checked to see if all ok but noticed the blister had come back at the same spot but this time the blister seems to be filled with blood. The blister had healed and skin looked fine. I marked the twister with marker so I knew to twist half turn so there wouldn’t be much vacuum. Has anyone else come across this issue? Is there anything I need to be worried about or should I have waited longer. How long should I wait before using sillistreacher again.

A blisters usually is too much air is present in the cup or too much pressure on the head. Be sure to squeeze all blood from the head. I would aso back off the intensity a bit when you are ready to start again. For now and for every blister use bacitracin to apply to the entire blister. Ths will aid in the prevention of scars and it will heal very fast.

Another thing I just remembered is to use some baby powder where the cup touches the skin. This will give a even plane across all skin.

Thank you bro. I have been applying betadine ointment. Do you think maybe use bigger cup? The 1.5. I only half turned. I will quarter turn next time. Maybe I’ll try larger cup and see how that works. My head just fits the 1.25 cup. Probably too much vacuum.

When you say squeeze the blood out, should I burst the blister? Wasn’t sure.

Don't burst it! If you have access to a 32g (32 gauge) medical needle, then poke a very tiny hole , ONCE! Gently vacate/squeeze the blood out. Use bactracin ointment to protect the punctured site. That will seal up within 4 hours.

Never burst it or you will be scared for life. EIther use the method suggested by OldandLively but also use hot compress to drain the fluid as it opens.

Take the advice of DLD and Oldandlively.

After a year and a half of doing almost daily PE including ADS sillistretcher everyday, I ended up going to long at too high of pressure in the pump last November and gave myself not just one, but 5 blisters on my glans!

One was almost a dime sized blood blister. I recommend you do not try to relieve the pressure with a medical needle, and just leave it completely alone minus bacitracin on it a few times a day. This was the brotherhood's recommendation to me during my panic attack. It will eventually pop and still be red underneath, at least mine was for a couple weeks. I waited 3+weeks to start doing any vacuum on the glans and it's all good now.

Start back slow once your skin is completely healed over.

Thank you guys. I’ve already popped the blister and squeezed the blood out. The skin came off yesterday. Still red and putting cream on it few times a day. Seems to be healing ok. Not sure if I’ll be left with a scar. Actually it’s put me off using sillistreacher so not sure if I’ll use it again. I feel that the blister probably come back at the same spot like before. That’s twice and it just sets you back with the gains you make. Hopefully it heals without scar. Thank you for your replies. Much appreciated.

97% of the time, there will not be a scar after the skin is healed. Continuous aggravating the young skin will cause it to have a skin fold, which then causes a scar-like appearance.

Allow the skin to fully heal first. After that, work slowly back up at lower pressures. 1/3 twist only! Use toilet tissue if you must to remove or control the amount of moisture inside the cap. Instead of mounting the line straight down on the knee, mount it around the stomach.

I'm praying that you do not get scars.
