SilliRing Blue Cold penis

Hi, after girth workout I applied SilliRing. Is it normal to have blueish (not dark blue) and cold penis? If I masturbate or watch adult entertainment penis is becoming hard which means blood is coming in without taking out the SilliRing. What are the warning signs that I need to take off the SilliRing to circulate new blood in. Thanks

DO NOT WEAR A METAL ONE, either get one of those leather ones with snaps or a stretchy one; many a trip to the emergency room has been caused by a metal cock ring that could go on when soft but not off when hard, and since they make it a lot easier to get hard (and harder to get soft), that can cause serious medical issues.
