Silistretcher sleeves

Every time I buy sleeves for the stretcher they all break within the first week. I don’t get it.

Both mine tore too and I started using them just yesterday. Seems like mine is ripping at the same place as yours. There’s some intended circle near the ridge of the silisleev and it seems like a weak spot.

If you start to get a rip in a sleeve simply cut the sleeve at the point of the rip and carry-on. You can use a hot nice which would be even better because it would seal the sleeve.

I cut the sleeve at the rip on 2 of my sleeves and both of them continued to rip. The DuroSleev lasted longer (about a week) but all the Silisleevs that I’ve used only lasted a day for me.
