SiliStretcher help please!!!

Hi brothers I got my routine from @DLD a year back and recent medical issues have caused a delay in my growth story. I've since finished my surgery and rehab. In the meantime i continued to watch the forum for new things and new products. But the problem that brings me here is that when i put my silistretcher on i put on my silicap and use my durosleev as well I always end up with swelling around my circumcision area just at the base of my head. When i leave it on for 2 hours at a time i notice small swelling but anything over 4 hours and i get pinching and swelling like what happens when you over use a hydromax. Please help me with what i can do or buy to prevent this from happening in the future.

When I look it up i see things like
Lymphatic Fluid Build Up
or
Damage to Blood Vessels
I hope it's not the last one.

This is fluid retention. The best way to resolve is to wear for your maximum time 2-3 hours and take a short break returning good circulation through massage and light stretching. 5 minutes should be enough.

I get the same if i wear the SS for longer than 2 - 3hr intervals, a bit puffy on the underside of the glans on the circ scar, it would be edema. If I'm wearing it for longer periods without break I'll ease off the tension of the stretch & it helps a little (I'm thinking of when i wear it to sleep).
