Silistretcher has arrived

It’s here, and I’m excited to get started,as soon as @DLD gets me on a routine that fits my time restraints. im going to start a daily progress thread,my short term goal is 7x6 but I hope to within a few years hit a 9x7.

Now I have the routine all written up we just need to whittle it down now. I wanted to know if it was more important for you to go for length or girth? I also want to know if you were willing to break this into an every other day work out meaning girth Monday, length Tuesday...etc.

5 min bundled stretching
5 min expressive stretching
15 min manual stretching (25 Rotary Cranks)
SS Routine-Reverse Pyramid
3 sets of 5 minutes- 1.5 pounds, 3 pounds, 5 pounds
SSJ-20 minutes
Total time-1 hour

*wearing silistretcher all day, trying to alternate clamp/erect stretches every other day.

Hey dld, I’ve changed my mind and decided to pursue length only for the time being as the setup and bathroom issue is too much rn, I will deal with girth in the future, is their anyway for you to set up a new routine for me, also can you check the discord regarding silistretcher issue.
