Silistretcher at night for big gains?

Hey bros, been awhile since I’ve been on here. I was wondering if anyone here has been using their silistretcher during the night and what kind of results they have seen. I’m going to start getting back into pe soon once I find some time! I bought the silistretcher last summer but haven’t used it yet because the sleeves came in odd sizes. I ordered some new tension sleeves though that will hopefully fit well so that I can use it!

One of the best things about the SS is the fact that you can wear while you sleep. What I suggest to people is to set two or three alarms for the first couple nights to make sure everything’s copacetic. If things go well you can wear it straight to sleep. It’s the best time to wear it moderately to heal growth.

Thanks DLD, ill try it out once i get my new sleeves in. Its good to be back i haven't been on the forums in a long time! Looking forward to making some big gains in the up coming months/year! What would you suggest I do to get back into PE as a routine? I was thinking doing a modified newbie routine before bed then wearing the SS for the night and then possibly doing another length routine in the morning and wearing a sleeve all day for passive PE. I may try to incorporate my bathmate as well daily

Have a read through the SRT thread, the first post. I’m gonna write your routine based on SRT so have a look through and let me know what you think.

ive been giving SRT another read through (read it a couple years ago) and it really does seem like the ultimate guide to gaining some serious size. I’m starting school again this fall so I should be able to wear my silistretcher all day... but even if I am not able to do that I should be able to wear a silicone sleeve all day and then my silistretcher at night (for the sake of convenience). I may be willing to get a new length master or a vacuum based hanger in the future (broke my last length master due to my wrap being too thick) but at first I want to just start off with some manual work and then possibly move back into hanging. I also have my bath mate still and am willing to use it every day or every other day. I hope this gives you a good reference/starting point if you are willing to help me build a program DLD!

I would also like to try gaining a bit of girth as well! My current size is around 7” NBPEL x 5” EG, and I would like to get that number to 8” NBPEL x 5.5-6 EG. At this moment in time length is the main goal but I would also like to do some girth work and eventually gain .5-1” in girth!
 
I tried it once. If I can recall, I strapped in around 9pm after my last stretch session for the day and woke up around 4am from discomfort for getting an erection in my sleep. Overall, everything was fine. I prefer to use a wrap while I sleep just based on the convenience of putting it on and taking off.

ya the night time erections and morning wood are what I thought would affect me if I use it overnight too. I’ll have to give it a try though and see how well it works for me! when I use my silicone sleeves as an ADS thougH, sometimes I go all day (8-10 hours) without taking it off to recirculate. I usually don’t notice any sort of circulation cut off when I wear just my sleeves

in my opinion you should go for the length first because yourgirth is going to be easy. Concentrating on one at a time is best so I suggest we go for length first. How does that sound?

sounds good to me DLD! If that’s what you suggest I will do it! After all you are the master? how long do you think it will take you to write the program? No rush though!?
