Silistretcher and MityVac progress

Current routine

Girth:

5mins bundled stretches
5mityvac x 5ssj x 3
100 strong upward erect jelqs(also helps smooth out any fluid retention I get)

Just got my silistretcher today so i will be adding this to my routine as an ADS when i go to work in the morning. Routine I'm planning to use for that after getting used to it is;

4hrs high tension and 4hrs light.

Havent really been keeping track of the how long I've been doing pe, I would say around a month and a half to two months, but I'll use this thread to help me keep track of how long I'll be pe'ing from now on.

Congrats on your new journey!

You pull your foreskin forward and tape an X over the top of your penis. Then put a strip around the X to secure it. This will keep your foreskin pulled forward. We just started adding that to help out foreskin users and that needs to be updated in the manual.

This silistretcher is ridiculous!

So I'm sure u all know by now that I'm a over thinker and like to do things exact by all the questions I ask. I thought the silistretcher would have gave me problems like the mityvac did when I first attempted to use it, but not at all.... I got it on the first try, no slippage no nothing.

The comfort is amazing, I know I have it on but it's not bothering me to the point that I'm thinking about it constantly.

The velcro scraps was one of my concerns because I thought they would be sliding after being put under the pulling force of the extender, but no, they are strong as hell and stay in place firmly.

I'm amazed at how discrete this thing is too, in the picture u see me wearing a "SKINNY" fit jogger and it's barely showing.

This is some game changing shit right here @Lightning

Quick question guys, when I wear the silistretcher, What position should i stretch in? Does it help to change position everyday or should I maintain a consistent position over the days?
 
Update 09/30/2019

Girth session tonight went well, went up to 6-7hg, felt like I could have did a little more but slowly creeping my way up.

I just got done wear my siliring 45mins x 3 and I feel like I might be wearing it for too long, towards the end I start feel slight pain and theres this strange bulging vein I'm starting to feel now when I massage it, will see how it is tomorrow, but definitely cutting down to 45mins x 2 or maybe 30mins x 3.

Also, I'm not getting as much of a pump as I thought I would with this higher hg, I'm expecting to measure close to 6in girth right after pumping, am I expecting too much?
 
So I did a little snooping around and it would seem that I have thrombosis, I cant seem to find the threat that tells me the protocol for it though.

While I was reading around I saw a guy described that he felt a cable like vein close the the base and it also felt like there was small balls too, which is what I'm feeling and someone confirmed that he had thrombosis.

I just finished doing the hot and cold method for 5mins, then I let hot water run on me in the shower and finished up with cold water, while lightly massaging.

I'm still confused at how I got this because I could have sworn I was conditioned enough to bump up the intensity now since i was progressing so slowly.
Any pointers?

I was going to say that you can continue on with our flaccid length work as this will not affect the thrombosis

Yep..... that's the plan, but the thrombosis have went down alot so I should be able to continue girth work tomorrow, I'm going to start back at 5hg and increase 1hg per week and until I get back to 7. Still confused but I'll just start back slightly light

I use a Mightyvac and a Silistretcher among other things. I have gained one inch in width since I measured August 12. I started July 22.

I use a silistretcher almost 24 hours a day when possible. Sometimes a cockring for hours after girth I also try to use my 4xlabs ADS for several hours at night. I did the newbie routine and now implementing SRT while I learn the exercises. My routine is like my body building.. No routine. But I try to jeq, stretch, pump, and hang daily. I will focus on different things different days. Hang for hours or jelq 4x a day. I keep it consistent but focus on changing it up also. I use MOSTitan, Protein, Boomstick, Vitamins, creatine, Animal cuts (fat pad). This is some of what I do.

Was wanting the length but almost always jelq 100% anyway.

I havent started wearing my silistretcher that long yet, or at nights but I'll get there when I'm finished breaking my self in. As for a cock ring for hours, that would kill me. But i like the dedication man, I'm waiting for the day I see those gains too, not measuring yet tho... giving the gains alittle time to stack

Just a LITTLE crank along with a sleeve and you are good to go. Maybe a little natural conditioning also.

m also not listening to which exercises I should not be doing at my experience level. I'm just doing it.

You sound like me back in the day and I’m not saying that you’re overzealous I’m saying that you’re determined and that’s exactly what this needs his determination and tenacity. You got what it takes my brother make it happen!
 
I'm not sure if anyone is experiencing this or if someone could throw some advice my way, but I've been off the girth routine for a few days now, I started back yesterday and I felt the same hard veins come up after the work out, but it went away when i woke up.... so i did another session tonight and i feel the same thing again but this time there was like 2 other veins like it, so now I'm confused because i dont know what i could be doing that causes this. The hard veins always come up at the base and disappear going towards the mid shaft.

This doesn’t sound like it’s an issue unless it’s causing you pain or those veins are remaining hardened. If after you’re done in the veins go back to normal you’re not doing anything wrong.
