Silisleeve Pumping and Getting it on!

Hey,
Just got the silisleeve and cap yesterday. Do you guys wear it while pumping? I did last night and it definitely made pumping way more comfortable but didn’t seem near as plump so I’m concerned it is effecting gains. Also, how the heck do you get the thing on?!?! I tried the roll up method but it was still difficult. A bit of lube helped but the it’s obviously slippery when I’m not in the pump anymore.

ADVICE FELLAS?!
 
I do the roll up method, it is quite difficult, especially if u dont get it right the first time, but that works best for me
